We recently had a slightly unsettled handover when our previous property manager left, but our new property manager, James Mander, has been absolutely fantastic always quick to help and resolving any issues as soon as possible.

He was communicative, proactive and highly professional, liaising closely with the buyers and all parties, to ensure everyone was aligned and working towards an agreed tight completion date, that was achieved before Christmas! Dan really made a difference in making this happen. Dans knowledge of the local market and ability to deal with any tricky situation gave us a lot of confidence. His calm and considered approach, in particular, made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and reassuring from start to finish.

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)James happened to call me when our sale went stale on the market with minimal interest and consistently last minute let downs from the agents we were previously up with. He came round and discussed potential options without being pushy and just generally offering advice. After changing from a different estate agents to Stirling Ackroyed it was a completely different experience, James and Noah were very good at communicating and we sold very quickly with the help of them. A few hiccups post offer acceptance beyond James and Noah’s control but always easily contactable and friendly. Thank you!

They could recommend a good broker and solicitor to us and were always approachable and happy to answer our many questions. They also had great knowledge of the area and were very flexible to show us different properties in the area we were interested in.
