2nd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Every nightmare story you've ever heard about an estate agent is personified in these guys. Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)We purchased our flat through Savills in Windsor and were very ably supported throughout the process by Kornelija Makareviciute- her communications throughout the process were excellent- and particularly so when we hit some problems during the legal process post offer. Whilst her client was the seller, we also felt that as purchasers she was responsive to our needs for information and she didn't hold back from nudging both set of solicitors and others in moving the process forward. Her process was very effective and we are grateful to her for that! We achieved exchange and completion within 3 months of offer which for a leasehold property seemed pretty good going!
17th May 2024 (1 year ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.
6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)JDW contacted us about a buyer although we hadnt planned to sell imminently. Despite a difficult market JDW were confident and determined to make the sale. After a short negotiation the sale was finalised and contracts exchanged. This was the easiest sale in 30 years.

They are incredibly polite and consistently quick to respond to emails and correspondence. Easily the best agency experience I’ve had to date.

He was extremely helpful and professional, with great local and property knowledge.- 3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)My experience of Barnard Marcus sales working with Yvette White was that she is proactive and faster than other estate agents in getting your paperwork ready and your property on the market. From start to finish, she gets things done. She kept the sale moving at every stage and did not let delays stall progress. When issues came up, she addressed them quickly and pushed for clear outcomes. She coordinated closely with the solicitors and both parties, ensuring communication stayed focused and completion stayed on track. Her persistence and drive made the process smoother and less stressful. If you want an agent who takes action and delivers results, I would highly recommend her.

We were shown properties by John who I have to say made a long day viewing very much more enjoyable and he was very informed. Thank you both much appreciated.
9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)If a 0-star rating were possible, this is what they would deserve. Our experience with Chancellors in Woking has been extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. Important information changed over time, and emails or concerns were often ignored or answered very late. We repeatedly had to chase for basic updates. The property had multiple issues reported during our tenancy, including mould, problems with the check-in inventory report, and not being provided with all the necessary keys — notably the bin area key. We had to chase the agency for two months to receive it, meanwhile walking 10 minutes each time to dispose of rubbish and asking the concierge for temporary access to the separate garbage door. There were also various general maintenance issues that required attention. Despite being clearly communicated, these problems were not handled properly or in a timely manner. The agency was disorganised and unclear, adding unnecessary stress during both move-in and move-out. There were several property managers that changed so many times over 7 months period. The most unacceptable part was the checkout process. We vacated the property on 01/02/2026, handed over the keys, and left the house in good condition. However, the checkout inventory inspection was scheduled almost two weeks later, which is completely unreasonable. Any inspection carried out so long after the property was returned cannot fairly reflect its condition at the time of checkout and puts tenants at an unfair disadvantage. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor organisation, and disregard for tenants’ concerns made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this agency and would strongly advise future tenants to document everything carefully if they choose to rent through them.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

27th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)We had a great experience with Move Inn when we were up-sizing. We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.
