Despite many twists and turns before the sale was complete she met every challenge professionally and rapidly. 29th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)Recently brought a property through Charringtons and I genuinely found them to be very polite, professional, honest and informative throughout the process. I speak as someone with above average knowledge of the industry and they provided exactly what I requested or were transparent when it wasn't possible along with reasoning and proposed work around. I would also say that they got the balance right between advocating for myself as the buyer, the seller and getting the sale over the line with expediency. There were multiple issues with this exchange that needed ironing out and they were able to effectively liaise between the buyer and seller to attain progress and at no extra cost to the seller via paying for another seller's pack. They were also able to assist with myself getting the keys to the garage before exchange completion which was a bit of a life saver as we were getting turfed out of our current property the week before. They were also able provide updates more promptly than our solicitors, particularly at the end as we were waiting for tenants occupying the property to vacate, which I believe they were managing also and assisted in finding them another property. I would also add that we settled on a price below the (high) asking price but still reasonable for the seller IMO (I feel I could have low balled in the current market if I was able to be sufficiently patient, so what we settled in I'd say is slightly above the market price). So a special thank you to Michael & Co at Charringtons and I would highly recommend to anyone buying/selling/letting/renting. Plus it helps that they are all good/friendly people too.

From the initial meeting until the last meeting the service received was exceptional - These wonderful, happy, smiley gang delivered for me where another long established agent (GP) failed - I had an offer within a week of marketing and completed very quickly - to mention - Kevin from the first meeting - what a story! Nathaniel, spot on with the communication and updating me (it was almost 25 years ago I sold) so I needed refreshing - you are a star! - Jason, you are such a lovely bloke, well, you all are, in every communication always happy - so refreshing - You need to give yourselves a pat on the back - I have already recommended to several friends, if you are thinking of selling/letting I would not hesitate to use Kaybridge - I will pop in to see you when i'm in the area as I packed your little gift! 2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
