Jessy Kattar, the sales manager, went the extra mile, not only in managing the sale process but also in stepping in during some quite complicated legal matters. Jessy worked closely with solicitors, helping to resolve issues, keep communication flowing and ensure the transaction moved forward without unnecessary delays. Not to mention that I was very impressed with how she handled the negotiations with confidence and professionalism and ultimately achieving the best possible price for my property. Deborah and the entire team were consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely supportive whenever anything came up. It makes a world of difference dealing with people who treat you with respect and handle matters promptly and professionally. I’m grateful for the way everything was managed from start to finish. Highly recommend Priory to anyone looking for a reliable and well-run agency.
28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Initially John Brown was the most professional of the agents I viewed and made the most sense eschewing estateagentese. They quickly found a buyer but she was very difficult and the sale dragged on over a year. However that was not of their making and they worked very hard for us. The first sale collapsed due to our purchaser's delaying. We stuck to our vendors and reconstituted the chain. Thanks to Mr Youll we got over the line

Theo is very quick to pick up the phone, even if he’s out of the city. They are all always very helpful. Even when locking ourselves out at 6pm on a Saturday evening, the owner’s son Alex was available for us to pick up a pair of spare keys.

This was a particularly long sales process but Hayley made sure the seller was on side at all times and all queries were answered as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Jo Webster for their friendly and efficient service.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.
