We decided to entrust Billy and her team with the sale of our property and again, without them we would not have completed. We would highly recommend their services in such an uncertain market. 27th Mar 2021 (4 years ago)I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.

16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.
24th Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

Chloe was unfailingly helpful, prompt and supportive. I would not hesitate to use her services again.

2nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)I highly recommend to work with Cooper Saqs. For sure your voice will be heard and requirements considered. My recent experience with Naz has been exceptional. I would rate seven stars for her professionalism , ability to comprehend to the needs , placing one self in the shoes of the client and going above and beyond. One thing you can be rest assured she very well balances both the sides from tenant and the owner`s perspectives.

10th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)All my emails and phone requests since mid Dec to get a copy of the insurance for the 194 Ladbroke Gove have been ignored, despite promises on the phone. This is contrary to the rights the terms of the lease for the lessees in the building. I do not normally deal with such issues in this manner. However, it seems not possible to get any response. (A lessee with rights to this document under the lease)

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? There is no doubt in my mind that without him, we would not have been able to complete our purchase. He went above and beyond to make the sale happen even driving hours to deliver physical contracts to lawyers. Through the ups and downs of a house sale and purchase he continued to be communicative, patient and delivered unparalleled quality of service (again, he was not our agent). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlie if you are looking to sell your property
