20th May 2024 (1 year ago)We rented with Parry and Drewett for almost 4 years, they were reliable and attentive, always working with the landlord to resolve any maintenance issues as and when they arose. The Surbiton team are friendly and honest, we couldn’t recommend enough.

26th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !
7th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)After two years living in quite and nice area using our agent Webster and Darby,we never have any issue with Sami or Polly,the only issue was wash machine replacement and in 2, 3 days they sort it for us.Both always offers help and advice if we need.We will miss you and best wishes in feature.

6th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Charlie and Andy managed the process well. They communicated often and we knew what was going on throughout the process. They provided helpful advice and were really knowledgeable. I was initially reluctant to use any estate agent but they really were worthwhile and saved us from the worst of stresses when our first buyer pulled out (for personal reasons). I would recommend.

When we came to sell our main home, his firm was the obvious choice. Cody was the lead agent for selling our house. We were selling in a difficult market, nevertheless Cody and team ensured that the property had good coverage, drawing from their large client base. They handled viewings professionally and with consideration to us. We were delighted when they found us a strong purchaser. They put in an enormous amount of work up to exchange and beyond. They handled issues that arose and we felt informed and supported throughout. They were able to provide solutions to concerns that arose in what was a difficult transaction. Starting the tenancy was smooth. Throughout the period of our tenancy, any issues were always promptly addressed by Robert and Kim (and the landlords). Overall, we are super impressed, and really appreciate their efforts to make our rental period a very satisfactory one. Based on our positive experience, we can confidently say that if you are renting via Ross Hand estate agents, you are certainly in good hands!
