20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply, They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.
7th Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

They provided a quality service from start to finish and were extremely efficient throughout the whole process.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and we were always kept fully updated on progress at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and Zoe was professional, helpful and approachable throughout.<br><br>Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service we received and would have no hesitation in recommending Red Deer Country to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.

16th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)We had a terrible experience with Meyers estate agents. They were awful and didn't make any real effort to sell the bungalow. All they wanted to do was continually lower the price. An incident around security of the premises occurred and that was the final straw for us. We ended the contract early. Have now appointed 2 further agents . Would not recommend Meyers at all.

Booking a viewing was super easy, and he always responded to our queries quickly.<br><br>During the viewing we had a thorough walkthrough and were given plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed. At the offer stage communication was completely open and transparent, keeping us informed throughout.<br><br>To top it off, everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and welcoming when collecting the keys.<br><br>Would highly recommend James and the whole team!

Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
