Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

Relocating is a big deal and she was an absolute joy to work work with. I would definitely recommend May Whetter & Grose!

They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

Her warmth and professionalism set a lovely tone from the very first conversation, giving us real confidence in the process from day one.<br><br>The sales progression team were equally impressive, especially Carol Reid, who kept everything moving with real efficiency and care. Communication was excellent throughout, and thanks to their efforts our transaction completed quickly and smoothly, with none of the usual conveyancing stress.<br><br>Highly recommend Blount and Maslin — a genuinely lovely, professional team.

Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.

During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.

1st Jul 2026 (6 days ago)Really poor communication buyer did not have mortgage in principle. They also were first time buyers and we werent told when the first time buyer isa matured. We had a roofer turn up at the house wanting ro assess our roof. This is after a level 3 survey and estate agent allowed this. We also lost our deposit of £1k for onward rental because estate agent wouldnt communicate we needed to complete on a certain date. Would never recommend the Abbeymead branch to anyone!
