4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I can’t recommend Exmoor Property enough.<br>The estate agent, Lee, was exceptionally helpful and friendly from our first meeting.<br>Despite being a busy professional, he took special care to ensure that we were able to see all the properties we were interested in on our own schedule, even cutting into his own free time after hours.<br>He continued to go above and beyond, provide helpful insights during the exchange process, answering questions patiently and keeping me well informed and up to date on everything that was happening.

Alex was easy to arrange the appointment with, and she was friendly, compassionate and professional throughout. She made the whole process feel straightforward and comfortable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or the agency.
29th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.

We were extremely satisfied to have such proactive estate agent managing our first home purchased. It was my first mortgage as a single applicant and he made every process stress free and easy. His knowledge is impeccable, he always tries to find the right products for his clients and it truly feels personal centred. He went above and beyond and very happy I have him moving forward, he is a credit to Connells. He kept me updated throughout the whole procedure and was always happy to answer my silly questions and made me feel valued. Very very happy.

From valuation, accompanied viewing and feedback, nothing was too much trouble, which culminated in a successful sale, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a provider of a highly professional service.

After spending 10k on searches, survays and other fees trying to buy a property though russel only to find out the property isn't even mortgageable. I know this is a buyers risk and nothing can be clear until searches and survays are back unfortunately but what a terrible experience. Awful attitude throughout, zero compassion for us what so ever. Worst estate agent ive ever had the displeasure or dealing with in my life. Very abrupt with us throughout, honestly the most stressful months of my life dealing with this, i would avoid at all cost. Save your money and your sanity. I edited this review as he has emailed me 3 days in a row to take the review down , so just shows he doesn't want you to leave your honest review and will message you daily to try take it off.
16th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication started off well, but the level of service quickly fell below our expectations. We were shocked to discover that the asking price of our property had been reduced without our knowledge or consent. We also felt there was very little proactive follow up with viewers who had shown genuine interest but weren’t quite ready to proceed.<br><br>Sadly, we came away feeling let down by the service and would not choose to use them again.
