After 9 months dealing with your firm, 2 failed sales, a 3rd underway they may wish to understand my concerns and frustrations, particularly as I've had cause for numerous complaints during this time. 16th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

Charles Harding knows the Swindon market very well and will respond rapidly not to waist anyones time! It is highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell house quickly.

It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.

Communication was excellent, he really drove things forward with the sale and he was always available to help. All in all a great experience from initial valuation with George, photos with Nicki and the top man Spencer! Would thoroughly recommend George James!
