They work hard from start to finish to sell your home and help you find the right property for you! Emails are replied to quickly also. Never once did I feel the need to chase or prompt - so much work is put in behind the scenes to make selling/buying as smooth as possible and the team are always approachable! We hope to never move again but if we were to, wouldn’t hesitate to use Irving’s 100%

It was easy enough to organise viewings and when we put in our offer Kieran became our main point of contact who was super helpful throughout especially given we were first time buyers. He followed up with us throughout the process, liaised with the buyer and solicitors aswell as further down the chain to ensure we always knew what was going on. Thanks Kieran!!

13th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Avery's came to our rescue when we weren't getting the level of service we wanted from another agent (not informing us of visits and repeatedly and quickly suggesting we lowered the price) and we noticed an immediate positive impact. Their automated system emailed us about every visit and they always gave an update after. Jo was very friendly and professional with viewing details and updates. Daran has a wealth of experience, knows Weston like nobody else, was understanding, professional and positive. Avery's have been we easy to deal with including the ladies in the office who took messages which were always actioned. We sold within 5 months. Thank you all.

She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, helping us secure the purchase and supporting us all the way through the conveyancing process as well. Emily was always responsive, professional, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience so much smoother. 12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!- 3rd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)A last minute viewing of a property was arranged by Alicia, who escorted us around herself, answering all our questions (obviously well prepped on the house itself) and giving us excellent information of the local area & events.<br>It was a total surprise to us that she was a new addition to the agency - her enthusiasm and professionalism was impressive.<br>Thank you so much.

As a former tenant through Fox & Sons, I needed some help obtaining a copy of an old tenancy agreement.<br><br>I wasn't sure whether they would still have documentation from sexen years ago on file, but they did. Lloyd was extremely helpful and had the documents sent over to me immediately.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Fox & Sons to both landlords and tenants. They have always handled matters professionally, and I've found their property management and record keeping to be very well organised. As a landlord or tenant, it's reassuring to know that important documentation is stored properly and can be accessed when needed.<br><br>Thanks again to Lloyd and the team for their help.

25th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Terrible Lettings service! Went through onboarding and agreed on terms and since then they have been messing with me for weeks for a simple residential flat tennacy.<br>Not even answering phones or emails.<br>Can't figure how they are still in business.
