She went above and beyond and even telephoned us whilst she was on holiday. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I would only use Sarah. She was so on the ball and always did what she said she was going to do. Her client communication was excellent always keeping us in the loop.

We have again just bought and sold through G&L and once more recieved an exceptional service.<br><br>We really felt that Adele went out of her way to get our property sold in less than 2 weeks. Ever the property professional she helped us all the way along the process with excellent advice, always staying calm and solving problems when ever they arise.<br>Adele and Duncan also worked hard to find us a property once we were sold and because we had access to their upcoming listing's they found us something really amazing and we are truly grateful for that.<br><br>Then as anyone who has bought a house will know property chains are rarely simple. Lucy is in charge of sales progression and is always 4 steps ahead of everyone else. Leading the charge to chase down all the solicitors, other estate agents and vendors to get things moving. Lucy also kept me regularly updated during sometimes stressful times and we certainly appreciated it.<br><br>Big thank you to an excellent team once again at Goodman & Lilley in Henleaze. We continue to reccomended you highly to our friends and family.<br><br>JUNE 2020<br>I would highly recommend Goodman & Lilley and the amazing team at the Henleaze office. We bought and sold properties with them and the service received was always above and beyond. We mostly dealt with Adele and Duncan throughout the process and always found both of them to be extremely professional and personable. They were very supportive and understanding of all the emotions that come with the moving process, Without doubt we would recommend them to friends and family and if we ever need to sell again I know who we will be instructing.

18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)After a really poor experience with another local agent I decided to use Stags and they were absolutely brilliant. It wasn’t a straight forward house to sell for various reasons but within a few months they found me the perfect buyer and got everything moving. Kevin and Natalie were always on hand to ask for advice, and give me useful feedback from viewings etc. I was impressed by the level of detail they knew about the place, really making it feel quite personal.<br><br>Louise in sales progression was fantastic, especially as I was probably not the easiest person to deal with at times but I really felt like she had a good grip on everything and I could trust her.<br><br>I am immensely grateful to the whole team at Stags and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.
2nd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I've had a great experience with Perry Bishop both as a tenant and later as a buyer. Throughout both journeys, the team were professional, responsive and easy to deal with.<br><br>As a tenant, Jeff Emerson was always quick to respond to any issues and resolved them efficiently. The checkout process was also incredibly smooth, with my deposit returned just 72 hours after I moved out.<br><br>When buying my home, I was fortunate to have Sam Smith as the Sales Progressor. She couldn't have been more helpful especially during a few challenging points in the process. Sam was professional, proactive and always on hand to answer my questions and keep things moving. Her support and positive approach made a real difference.<br><br>I'd happily recommend Perry Bishop to anyone looking to rent or buy a home.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!- 2nd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)My partner and I recently bought our first home through Connells, we had a great experience with them from start to finish. Tyler Vear oversaw the process and was incredible. Tyler is so kind, helpful and kept us notified throughout the whole process, even when the solicitors were not communicating with either of us. We received helpful mortgage advise from Andy. Overall we are very grateful for all of the support from the Connells team and could not fault them. Tyler is an asset to the company and we would highly recommend her to anyone.
8th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)My Sister initially contracted Chamberlains to deal with renting out our Mothers house when she went into residential care in 2018.<br><br>I now hold the rental contract with Chamberlains. I live in Wales so I have to have a reliable agent that I can have confidence in, who can take care of the property on my behalf.<br><br>I have always found Chamberlains professional in dealing with myself and the tenant. Any issues that arise are brought to my attention and sorted out promptly.<br><br>They have contacts with trades people who can remedy problems like plumbing, electrical and general maintenance for example.<br><br>Chamberlains are also approachable and friendly when I need to phone. They also update me with new Rental laws, and notify me on any changes to my obligations as a landlord.<br><br>Chamberlains has found me good tenants through their vetting procedure when required. The property is also inspected regularly and reports sent to me.<br><br>I am very happy with the service that Chamberlains provide to me and I would highly recommend them.- 7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We purchased our property through Connels, Dorchester and worked closely with Lily. 11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.
