Whether you're a landlord with a property to rent, renting via their extensive portfolio of properties or buying or selling (am currently doing all four!) then Diamond is most definitely the best agent in Tiverton. I have been consistently updated on all strands of my business with Diamond, received excellent advice and recommendations, and can not fault their friendly, professional service in any way. Their local knowledge is second to none, and the time taken to ensure I was fully aware of the processes involved meant that I could have full confidence in advice I received. All members of both the sales and lettings team are fully involved in their respective portfolios, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Whilst both teams deserve every superlative going, both Jane (Sales) and Cam (Lettings) have, on numerous occasions, gone above and beyond to answer my (endless) questions and have provided an exemplary service throughout. Shout out too to The Mortgage Quarter (finance) and Everys (solicitors) who worked effectively to finalise my purchase. Many thanks Diamond - more of the same please!

23rd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Slades were very professional, efficient and polite.<br>Initially Dean when he came to do the quotation and then Jack who handled my sale.<br>Jack kept in contact and was very patient and supportive through a challenging sale. He helped guide me through the process and I am very thankful to him for sticking with it until completion!<br>I would not hesitate to recommend Slades of Southbourne.<br>Thank you very much to them!
19th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Absolutely shocking experience with CJ Hole Downend.<br><br>I viewed a property, completed all the requested checks with the person on the phone, and promptly sent over proof of funds a few days later and everything else they asked for. After that, I heard absolutely nothing back.<br><br>I emailed four times and called twice trying to get an update. Not a single response to any of my emails, and no meaningful communication whatsoever. Then, without any notification or courtesy update, I noticed the property had been marked as Sold STC.<br><br>If the property had gone to another buyer, that's fair enough, but completely ignoring a serious applicant who has taken the time to provide all the required documents is incredibly unprofessional. Basic communication and customer service seem to be lacking.<br><br>A complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend CJ Hole Downend based on how I was treated.

They kept me well informed throughout the entire process and were always quick to respond to any questions. Their friendly approach and attention to detail made everything smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent. A truly 5-star experience!

And after a lengthy chat with the team at Bond Oxborough Wadebridge it was clear that they offered a difference worth putting trust in. A trust that was rewarded by the service and the attention from every person, from the senior management to the people who are your daily contact in the process. Their knowledge, expertise and advice goes deeper and is more relevant than other agents, previously experienced, and if you are looking of an agent that understands your locality they are well worth appointing.

Thank you again to you both, it has been a 5 Star Service ??????- 22nd Jun 2026 (15 days ago)My wife had a lengthy conversation with one of your agents on 19 June 2026 regarding a property we had seen on your website, which was available on a shared ownership basis. Following that discussion, we arranged an appointment for 22 June 2026 at 2:00 pm for a viewing and to discuss the relevant formalities.<br><br>We expressed our interest because we know that we meet the eligibility criteria. Before booking the appointment, I had also mentioned that although the listing stated a 10% deposit, I would be comfortable providing 20–30% if required.<br><br>However, approximately two hours before our scheduled appointment, I received a call from one of your agents informing me that another buyer had made an offer on the property. I was then told that the viewing would only proceed once my eligibility had been assessed. This gave the impression that, while no buyer had been found, we were welcome to view the property, but now that another interested party had come forward, our appointment was no longer being treated as a priority.<br><br>I had specifically cancelled my work shift to attend this appointment, as this was the only available time offered to us. What I find disappointing is that another buyer appears to have been given priority before our eligibility had even been assessed, despite the fact that we had already registered our interest and arranged a viewing.<br><br>I fully appreciate that properties attract multiple buyers, and I have no issue with someone else purchasing the property. However, once another buyer had made an offer, it would have been courteous and professional to inform us immediately, rather than waiting until just two hours before our appointment.<br><br>I was also disappointed by the manner in which your agent handled the call today. The tone and attitude during the conversation gave the impression that they were not genuinely interested in meeting with us or assisting us further. Rather than feeling that our enquiry was valued, it felt as though our appointment had become an inconvenience. Such an approach, combined with the short notice and lack of communication, came across as highly unprofessional.<br><br>,In my experience, other estate agencies have been far more organised, responsive and professional. I would strongly encourage improvements to your customer service and communication processes so that prospective buyers are treated fairly and their time and commitment are respected.

They keep me informed of what's happening so that I can still make my own choices in relation to maintenance and tenancies, but I am confident that they will get any issues sorted for me. I look forward to this latest tenancy running smoothly with them in control. Many thanks to you both for your kindness and understanding during the recent tenancy changes.

I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

Aiden, Caitlin & the rest of the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are polite, professional and friendly when dealing with us as contractors, and we can see this is also the case with how they treat their Landlords and Tenants. It is also apparent that they keep a really good handle on the properties they manage and get all aspects of maintenance sorted when it needs to be. A very thorough and impressive agent.
