One of the main reasons we chose Welcome Homes was because Leah came across as completely genuine, honest, and never pushy. She took the time to explain the current market, set realistic expectations, and talked us through a pricing strategy that gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>As we had already found a property we wanted to buy, we needed to get our house on the market quickly. The team turned everything around incredibly fast, and we were so pleased with the quality of the photos and the listing.<br><br>From then on, we dealt mostly with Lyndsey, who handled our viewings and kept us updated throughout the sale. She was always friendly, approachable, and excellent at communicating. Lyndsey sold our property very quickly, but what really stood out was everything that happened afterwards. 18th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out. I can confirm that they were easy to deal with and I always felt like they were in my corner which made a big difference. Scott. Salisbury.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.
7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Extremely inefficient regarding deposit return. This agency only returned our deposit 1 month after the due date when we consistently followed up out of fear of not being paid back. Awful at responding when we were chasing them for it, completely inefficient.

Highly recommended - a huge thanks to Lindsay, Amelia, Mark, Martin and the rest of the View Crew. I would certainly use them again.<br><br>I liked that View have a modern approach to estate agency, are very competent, not stuffy, friendly and easy to deal with. They are reliable: in my sale they always did what they said they were going to do. They are also good value for money, not charging for extras such as photos like many agents do. Easy to get hold of and always contact you back.<br><br>During my sale they worked hard to find a buyer, then kept me fully informed throughout the buying process. When these got a little tricky towards the end they were very happy to chase both solicitors and my buyer
