I have found them to be very honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and they are always very polite and courteous to deal with. They supported me through the whole process and were always very responsive to any questions that I had. A special thanks to Karen C, David and Abbie who all played a part in my sale and I am very grateful to the whole team.
25th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)?????<br><br>My experience with this letting agency was extremely disappointing.<br><br>The handling of my tenancy deposit was frustrating from start to finish. I had to repeatedly chase for updates, supporting invoices and the return of my deposit. The undisputed portion of my deposit was only returned after numerous follow-ups, and key invoices were only provided months later.<br><br>The most concerning part was the cleaning. I specifically used the agency’s recommended end of tenancy cleaner and paid over £200, including an additional amount after the cleaner inspected the property, to ensure the property met their expected standard and to avoid exactly this type of dispute.<br><br>Despite this, I was later charged additional cleaning costs through my tenancy deposit. To make matters worse, the cleaning company later informed me that they were forced by the letting agency to raise an additional invoice for the extra cleaning. As a tenant, it is impossible to understand why I was expected to pay the cleaner directly and then effectively pay again through my deposit for further cleaning carried out by the same cleaner.<br><br>Overall, the process lacked transparency, communication was poor, and I was left feeling that the system was heavily weighted against the tenant. I would strongly advise prospective tenants to document everything, keep all receipts and correspondence, and carefully scrutinise any proposed deposit deductions.

7th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I recently purchase a property with the help of Gavin, and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Gavin was very helpful all throughout a this process. As a first time buyer, I did not know everything and had a lot of questions, but Gavin always took the time to explain everything and make sure that I had the best outcome with everything. He was very transparent, attentive and supportive all throughout this; from start to finish, he was excellent in communicating and ensuring everything was done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend, especially as a first time buyer!

18th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out. I can confirm that they were easy to deal with and I always felt like they were in my corner which made a big difference. Scott. Salisbury.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. All I can say is he was very polite, extremely helpful & always very easy to get hold of to talk to. I felt he went above and beyond for me. He put me in touch with an amazing mortgage advisor. He has lots of knowledge about buying & selling property & has expert advise to share with you. I also spoke on the phone a couple of times with his colleagues & they were all very pleasant.

They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!
