Always very responsive, professional, and understanding. I've been asked to provide feedback on an area where they can improve, but I really struggle to think of anything. He has met us several times at the property and has been very prompt with asking sellers for further information. It's been very helpful having that personal service and a single person contact, and it's very refreshing to find an estate agents that know what they are doing!

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. 5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
5th May 2026 (3 days ago)Keystone have yet again been amazing estate agents to use to sell our property! We felt well informed during the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Jonathan came and talked to us at length about putting our house on the market, gave us useful advice when offering (and being rejected a few times) on our now new home. Danny kept us in the loop when doing viewings, gave feedback and always let us know when we could return home again! Sally has been brilliant at the end of our many phone calls, particularly in the last couple of weeks before exchange. She seemed to be doing the work of the whole chain right at the end. We are so grateful to her for being persistent, making many phone calls, sending emails and not just sitting tight waiting for solicitors to talk to one another! We feel that our stressful week last week would have been a whole lot worse without her on our side and not giving up! Otherwise we probably still would be waiting for exchange/completion dates. Thank you so much Sally and all at Keystone for everything you have done for us ??????

24th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)The overall experience with Oakheart Sudbury has been exceptional, particularly thanks to Freddie who has been attentive, professional and incredibly understanding. During our buying and selling experiences, we have come across many estate agents who can be a little too pushy when trying to sell their services, we haven't experienced this at all with Oakheart or with Freddie. The service Freddie has provided has been unmatched and we honestly can't thank him enough for securing our sale.

Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for.
