20th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)From start to finish, Pennington were fantastic and stress free.<br><br>The initial viewing with Robert was a pleasure, he was very informative and answered every question we had accurately.<br>We left the property after viewing and immediately felt like we were satisfied and happy.<br><br>Throughout the application process, Jemma was very patient and helpful. The platform Pennington uses is efficient, seamless and made reference checks and applying for the property effortless.<br><br>Once this was done, we had our move in date. We went to their office to pick up the keys, Joe was there to hand us our keys and answered any questions we had in a friendly and professional manner.<br>Clare introduced herself as our property manager and made us aware of a maintenance repair that was booked in at the building the property resides in ahead of time.<br><br>The whole experience was pleasant, effortless and the team at Pennington have been friendly and professional throughout.<br><br>Thanks.

Been told by other estate agents that any one who still uses these excuses or just plan lazy- 4th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)we recently bought a property through Jackson Stops and I cant recommend them enough! Rosanna Diaper was a true professional, communication with her throughout the sale was excellent and she made the whole process so much easier than I expected. She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

Jamie was a superstar throughout, from the no nonsense no pressure visit to value our house right through to supporting us through a very lengthy sales chain and at times nail biting process. Very patient, a great listener and gave us some good advice. We appreciate everything that was done to be able to secure us our new home

They were incredibly understanding of the challenges we faced in finding a landlord willing to accept a tenant receiving benefits. Throughout the process, they were supportive, respectful, and non-discriminatory, something we unfortunately did not experience with some other agents in the area. A special thanks to Andrew, who was our main point of contact. Your understanding and compassionate approach was truly refreshing.

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.
