Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.

It has not been the easiest of times, but David Gees is a real diamond. Through all his hard work he remained professional and caring. Not always an easy task.! I would highly recommend Mike Vincent & Son.

This estate agency is a joke, rented a property from them for two years in Ipswich, on 4 separate occasions they allowed people to go in the house without out my knowledge or permission.. FOUR TIMES. Breaking the contract and just a cheap apology. Then I move out and 5 weeks later they are charging me for dust, and grass in the garden to be cut both was done when I moved out. There is no support for the tenant with this estate agency, they just don’t care. Worst estate agents ever. Avoid at all costs. I’m now taking them and the landlord to court.

30th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Rude! And cannot organise themselves let alone update records! I booked a valuation which was then rearranged as they double booked! Fine it happens but you’ve lost the potential sale, then a guy called jack / Jake calls and after I tell him what’s happened he takes it personally and hangs up after getting a strop on! It might not have been him who booked the valuation but you work for the same company and yet I’ve had 4 calls afterwards them trying to book another valuation, update your records stop calling and organise yourselves better! Ridiculous, after the fourth call and I’ve told them the feedback won’t be great you get oh ok!

8th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)When I moved in originally I gave a 5* review. Once they had my money they stopped communicating, wouldn’t do the things they said they would, passed blame around and never took accountability, did not follow their own policies when it came to repairs. It got to the point where we had to threaten legal action if they did not get the repairs done. Our landlord failed to provide enough keys and so we were told we had to pay to make copies ourselves. We had many issues with the property and Tucker Gardner was no help. They lied to us prior to signing the lease and went back on promises they had made. It has been over a month since we moved out and we still have not received our deposit. Communication is terrible at Tucker Gardner. I am truly disappointed that what started out as a great relationship quickly turned sour. Our landlord also had his own struggles with them not providing the services he was paying for. Don’t work with TG Lettings, they’re dishonest and they don’t care once they have your money.
11th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I would highly recommend David Burr in Castle Hedingham. Tim, Richard and Gemma were such a helpful and friendly team, I honestly couldn’t fault them. They were always easy to get hold of, consistently polite, and went out of their way to keep things moving by regularly chasing the rest of the chain for updates. That made a huge difference and took a lot of the stress off us. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable local estate agent.- 18th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Thank you for the help with the house buying process from the William H Brown team. 23rd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I should have went with Knight Residential from the start to sell my house. After 8 weeks with no viewings, I asked Matt to place my house one the market with Knight’s. Wishing a few days, we had multiple viewings and an offer made and excepted. Matt then passed me over to Lorraine, who knew we had a quick turnaround needed of 6 weeks. Lorraine went above snd beyond, not that she would ever say she did. Each week she would make contact to provide updates, she would work with the buyer and our solicitors to ensure a swift smooth sale. Lorraine is now selling my letting property and everything again is going just as smoothly as. I would recommend Knight Residential, not just to sell, but to provide expert advice, guidance and if I were to purchase, let or sell again, I would not hesitate to go direct to Knight’s. Thank you.

They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.
