4th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)We had Anisa show us round our new rental property ( which we absolutely love! ) she informed us of the property in the morning and kindly showed us around later that day and couldn't have been more helpful in the whole process. Anisa responded to emails promptly, called us back quickly and answered all of our many questions. Anisa made the whole process really easy and quick which we are great full for, thank you Anisa :)
20th May 2024 (1 year ago)We rented with Parry and Drewett for almost 4 years, they were reliable and attentive, always working with the landlord to resolve any maintenance issues as and when they arose. The Surbiton team are friendly and honest, we couldn’t recommend enough.
4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I dosing sell my property but pulled it from the market. A) because the market was very competitive B) I was having a horrible experience with JA. Their branch manager acted very unprofessionally, agreed to terms and then just ignored them. Their overall communication and insights were very poor. They also acted without my best interest in mind. Horrible experience overall.

8th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Madison Brook appears to be a very professional estate agent, with strong local knowledge and excellent communication throughout the process. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

12th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Moore and Partners were incredibly helpful in the the entire selling process with excellent advise and a great knowledge of properties in the area. Darren was always available to speak to and the photgraphs of the house were super. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
1st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.
26th Apr 2022 (3 years ago)Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Tiffiny was extremely proactive and her speed of responses to our questions is super fast. All in all, it was a very seamless process thanks to Tiffiny !

31st Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)I have been a client of Bonsors for some years now for both valuation rent assessment and sales. Almalgamation with SHW has not currently changed that. Tom Batey was this time guiding us through the often painfull and stressfull process of selling. He was excellent and as usuall it was not a staightforward event mainly due to incompetent legal representation. Nevertheless we made it eventually I think due to Mr Bateys own professional experience and advice to both sides involved. Thank you

17th May 2024 (1 year ago)Ross Hand are by far the best estate agents we have dealt with, and Robert and Kim are two of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of knowing. Starting the tenancy was smooth. Throughout the period of our tenancy, any issues were always promptly addressed by Robert and Kim (and the landlords). Overall, we are super impressed, and really appreciate their efforts to make our rental period a very satisfactory one. Based on our positive experience, we can confidently say that if you are renting via Ross Hand estate agents, you are certainly in good hands!

They gave us fantastic guidance at every step of the process from getting our house ready to market through to accepting an offer. Victoria has been very flexible with viewings that fit in around us and has been excellent at keeping us up to date at every stage, including immediate feedback straight after viewings. They are passionate about New Malden and I believe offer potential buyers a great service too thorough their knowledge of all this area has to offer.
