28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I'm not someone who often leaves Google reviews, but my experience with Victoria was so exceptional that I felt it deserved one.<br><br>We genuinely couldn't be happier with the service she provided in helping us find our perfect home in Cobham, which we're moving into next week.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive Victoria was throughout our search. We were registered with several estate agents, yet she was the only one who consistently sent us properties she genuinely thought would suit us, using WhatsApp, which was our preferred way of communicating. That level of initiative made all the difference and, ultimately, is exactly why we ended up buying a property through her. It's a great example of how proactive, thoughtful service really does pay off.<br><br>We'd previously had some less-than-great experiences with others at Knight Frank, so Victoria was a breath of fresh air. Although she's actually based in the Esher office rather than Cobham, nothing was ever too much trouble. She was always available when we needed her and incredibly responsive throughout the process.<br><br>Her negotiation skills during the purchase were particularly impressive. She navigated discussions between the seller, solicitors and the inevitable timescale challenges with professionalism and determination, always finding practical solutions to keep things moving. Even when obstacles arose, she remained calm, patient and relentlessly focused on getting the transaction over the line, making what could have been a very stressful process feel remarkably straightforward.<br><br>Thank you again, Victoria. We're incredibly grateful for everything you did, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

He was super friendly and patient, answered any questions we gave him or gave an honest answer if he wasn't sure. We were able to make an offer on the property on the same day and got a call the next morning to say we had been accepted. Whenever I have called Gascoigne-Pees, they've picked up, Antonio was also accommodating with changing our viewing times at the last minute.<br><br>Really good service, I'm sure the next part of the process will be just as smooth and I feel like we're in good hands :)

My purchase was managed by Richard who was proactive throughout the process and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. He kept me updated every step of the way and left voicemail messages whenever I was unavailable, so I never felt out of the loop.<br><br>Richard kept all parties moving, helping the purchase progress as quickly and smoothly as possible. He also made the process easier by providing quick access for surveyors, which helped everything run efficiently. Buying a first home can be daunting, but the communication at Matthew Pierce and their professionalism made the whole experience far less stressful.

8th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

26th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)?????<br>From the very first viewing through to the end of our search, Serena has been absolutely wonderful.<br>We were looking for a property for my 88-year-old mum, so this was a significant and emotional move for our family. Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. 3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)My experience with Bourne has been disappointing, particularly regarding after-tenancy support.<br><br>Communication has been consistently slow, and it has often been difficult to get hold of my property manager by phone or receive timely updates. Essential maintenance issues reported immediately after moving into the property, including a faulty fridge/freezer and extractor fan, took weeks to progress.<br><br>I hope Bourne can improve their responsiveness and prioritise maintenance issues more effectively in the future.

He is honest, supportive, caring, passionate some might say ?????? and just makes the whole process lighter. He is in the trenches with me, working for your best interest, always a step ahead and anticipating every move. So before you are even aware of a problem or delay, it is either dealt with or there is a plan set in place. Even his recommended of a solicitor and surveyor where nothing like you would have worked with before. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.<br><br>Michael also sold us our forever home.<br>Thank you for all your help.
