The property was in need of some TLC however Scott and the team marketed it with enthusiasm and arranged for an open house viewing day and the property sold within 3 weeks. After that the service continued to be outstanding right up to the completion which took place last week. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cubitt & West to my friends...

They enabled us to get the best possible price for the house and guided us through the sale. I was slightly stressed as I have never sold a property before and was unsure of the process. Kristine took her time with me and was very patient with my questions. 3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very good experience at Davies Property Agents in Claygate when selling a house recently. They found a choice of buyers within a week of listing and the transaction completed without trouble within a good time frame. Davies Property, in particular George and Rocco, were incredibly helpful with providing access to the house during the purchase period for various necessary services when I was unable to attend. It really helped having a local agent who knows the area so well and provides a positive and enthusiastic interface to seller and buyer. Recommend.

They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.

I'm in Canada with the properties in the UK so I've not even met Steve and his team. Steve was up front with everything, and the sales went off as well as my family had hoped for. Very pleased and grateful to the care, he and the team showed with the dealing of this sale. He saw the potential, worked out the correct market, and was straight talking about everything. Clear and brilliant communication meant we were up to date about all parts of the process, and everything went quickly and smoothly as these things can.

3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Mark Collins recently sold a rental property for me , from initial meeting of Mark I knew I wanted to use him to sell my property , I had done some research on what local properties were selling for , Mark was spot on with his valuation so the property sold very quickly , he is always available to speak on the phone or will always call back promptly if hes busy ,he made the whole process stress free, I cant recommend him enough

Throughout the months leading up to our decision to let our property there was quite a lot of uncertainty due to delays with my international job relocation. Kathryne was very reassuring, patient, and professional in handling our individual circumstances. The viewings were handled promptly and efficiently and our property was let within days of it being advertised. This allowed for a 2 day gap between us moving out and our tenants moving in - this is fantastic from a cash flow perspective as a landlord! We look forward to continuing to work with Bourne and highly recommend to landlords, especially first time landlords, based on our experience to date.
