It took less than 30 minutes from me making contact with her to the contractor fixing the issue.

Although the legal process was challenging I found the professional ongoing support of Rachel and her team invaluable.<br>Eric Lloyd also have a ‘Sales Progression’ team in the Brixham Office who are brilliant at keeping you regularly updated with what is happening.<br>Overall a professional service with excellent communication, honest appraisal of what is needed to achieve the sale/purchase and a desire to get their customer the end goal.<br>I would highly recommend this Estate Agents.
27th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)If you're looking for the best estate agent in the Paignton, Brixham area then I recommend you contact Eric Lloyd churston or Brixham,we sold through the churston office and from valuation to sale they we're incredible,very professional,Clare and Rachel,were always in contact ,we had interest in our property almost immediately from buyers in a position,rather than time wasters,so forget the other agents go for the best , Eric Lloyd you will not be disappointed.
12th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)A number of people had told me that Boyce Brixham were the worst estate agents in the town. I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. The after sales experience is awful. Once exchange of contracts had taken place they could not have helped any less. They have a limit of 5 visits to the property between the offer being accepted and completion. As this took a total of 5 months this was not helpful. We also had to clear the property of furniture and they would not allow us access to dispose of it ahead of completion despite promises. The team were friendly, professional and highly efficient throughout the process. The property was marketed very quickly after instruction, with excellent presentation and proactive promotion. We were particularly pleased with how swiftly they found a buyer, which exceeded our expectations. Communication was outstanding. The team were always attentive, kept us updated at every stage, and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their personal approach and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.
