25th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Me and my flatmate had the worst experience with one of marble properties agents- Shabs. Both of us needed to follow up with him relentlessly to get anything he’d request/demand over the phone in writing. Often, he’d forget what he’d told us previously/ use the fact he communicated primarily through phone call to disregard what he’d told us, creating a lot of unnecessary confusion and anxiety. One of the most unprofessional and immature people I’ve ever interacted with.

28th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)I support the feedback submitted previously about the inability to get in touch with the agents. I've called the reception 5 days in a row about arranging a viewing of a flat and I'm still expecting that some magic will happen and someone will finally call me back. I've highlighted that I had seen the development before and pretty much ready to make an offer for the flat but it's ridiculous that I just can't get in touch with anyone from the team to arrange this!

10th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

I would especially like to appreciate Mahbub, who is a very reliable and helpful person. Whenever I need assistance or face any problem, he is always ready to help. His communication and customer service are excellent. I truly appreciate Salik & Co for providing such great service and support. 1st Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)I have had a very disappointing experience with this agency. When I moved into the property, it was already in poor and dirty condition, and I have videos showing this at check-in. A few months later, a cockroach infestation started. I immediately reported the issue to both the landlord and the agency, sending photos, videos and emails. However, they only arranged an inspection after one month, just to look at the situation. Even after that visit, no proper action was taken, and I was forced to live in those conditions for two more months. Before leaving the property, I thoroughly cleaned the flat and left it in a much better condition than when I moved in. I have submitted dated photos and videos showing the condition at check-out to DPS as part of a formal deposit dispute. Despite providing clear evidence of the property’s condition at both check-in and check-out, the landlord still requested a £200 deduction from my deposit for cleaning, and the agency did not intervene or support me in any way. This experience has been stressful, unprofessional and unacceptable. I have now raised a formal dispute with DPS and submitted all my evidence. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this agency.

Compared to some of my previous experiences with bigger names in the market, the team are Alter and Cope really stood out. They were highly responsive, professional and proactive whenever we sought their help. All maintenance requests were handled efficiently, and we always felt well supported as tenants. Thank you Alter and Cope for making our rental experience so smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to hire similar service.
