I can highly recommend Unique Property Company. We found them doing a google search as we were selling a rather unique property! Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough. If your home is a little different from the average they have the insight to really market it as you would want and the tenacity to push a sale through in difficult circumstances.... Read more

Firstly I met Saphia who drove from Eltham to Whitstable to show me around a property. She was professional polite and knew the property in side out showing various little extras. Saphia told me exactly what was being left in the property and also the best way to proceed. When it was time to close the deal Alex came again from Eltham to Whitstable and stayed with me throughout the whole process of buying my lodge which was around 4 hours. I had to go into town and contact my bank which took longer than expected. Alex was still waiting with a smile and never once made me feel like I was putting him out. I felt supported from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company enough.. If I had a property in London.. Or the South East I wouldn't not hesitate to contact Equity... Honest..
