23rd Apr 2021 (4 years ago)Rented through Anthony Garfield for a few years. There were no disasters but I couldn't recommend them. Pros: they fixed most issues promptly and we got our deposit back. Cons: they weren't professional when it came to inventories and tenancy agreements. Customer service was normally either defensive or combative. You got the impression that they just see tenants as an inconvenience involved in collecting their commission.

From start to finish, the entire process was handled with efficiency and care. I was pleased with the service I received from Alex, Aaron and Anna throughout. The communication with Aaron was excellent — I was kept informed and felt fully supported through the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Thorney Groves, Chester to anyone looking to sell their home. A great service from a team that goes the extra mile.

We were always kept in the look with clear and timely updates, and they really got things moving quickly. We couldn't have asked for a smoother or more efficient process. K&O Estates were recommended by a friend and they honestly took all the stress away. They managed the full renovation at a competitive price, sorted all the certificates, and got everything done quickly. They also found a new tenant very fast, who already seems much better than the last. Would definitely recommend.
