The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

They were proactive in marketing and selling the property, and their communication throughout the whole process was excellent, keeping me informed of developments as they happened. Darren, Nellie & Robert were friendly and easy to deal with and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
26th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

19th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Id used someone else at first who couldn't sell the house due to poor pictures and inaccurate valuation. I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. They have a fantastic team with a refreshingly positive approach to everything and certainly know how to sell a property, delivering clear concise sales messages supported by top quality videos and brochures, Other team members proactively monitor and support getting the sale through to exchange, something few agents do well. Based on my own recent experience therefore I would definitely recommended Hawksman.

I dealt with David who was incredibly helpful in both providing his insights and offering advice as it was my first purchase. David was very quick to reply making organising viewings/surveys/etc easy to organise with completion just over two months after the first contact. I highly recommend David at Martin and Wheatley and would be glad to use their services again!

They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. 14th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I am currently selling my house with Smiths, and have been extremely grateful of their meticulousness and strong communication. I have been particularly impressed with their vetting of potential buyers - people have been requesting to view the house, but are nowhere near in a position to purchase, meaning I don’t have to prepare the house or get my hopes up for a buyer that would never come to fruition. Instead, we have received viewings from properly vetted prospective purchasers, one of whom will hopefully make an offer soon!
