5th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I had a positive experience working with Deepak Naradas recently. I had a bit of nervousness in the beginning as I did not know the letting agency Deepak represented. He was very responsive from the beginning. As soon as I reached out, Deepak arranged a viewing very quickly and made the whole communication easy from the start. After the the viewing communication continued to be smooth, clear and always prompt. Thanks to Deepak’s efforts we reached an agreement I am pleased with. Ask for Deepak if you are looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Unprofessional. AVOID at all costs!!! I had a deeply upsetting experience with this agency, I can’t give it a zero, so I will give it a one. After a failed application, they attempted to unlawfully withhold my holding deposit of over £400 by misrepresenting the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and making factually incorrect claims about my guarantor’s residency status. As a foreign person living in the UK, I felt targeted by their intimidation tactics. Kier Hawkins was incredibly rude on the phone, he screamed at me and treated me like I was "dumb" for asking legitimate questions about my application and deposit. It felt like they were banking on me not knowing the local laws. It was only after I formally involved The Property Ombudsman in my emails that the Director finally agreed to a refund. Even then, the final correspondence from the office, including the director, was spiteful and unprofessional. They don’t care about tenants rights. If you are from any international background, please be very careful with this branch. They use bullying and misinformation to try and keep your money. Document everything and know your rights!

Definitely recommend using as they definitely stand out amongst the other agents in the market

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a great experience working with Prabs and the team at Ashley King Estate Agents on my property sale. They were always responsive, approachable, and helpful whenever I needed anything. They also introduced me to an excellent conveyancer, which made the whole process much smoother. From start to finish, they stayed actively involved in the sale, kept me well informed, and offered very competitive rates. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prabs and his team to anyone selling their property.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!
23rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Top estate agent. I initially tried selling my place with an online company. They were completely ineffective. Mark and team in contrast lined up a tonne of viewings within days of the ad going live. I had an offer the next day. Mark kept on top of the process all the way through, oiling the wheels throughout to keep everything on track. A safe and reliable pair of hands. Definitely recommend.

Great filtering to only organise visit for serious potential buyers. Efficient follow through until from initial offer till completion. highly recommended;
10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. Sandeep was a big help indeed.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend City View Property to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. We will miss you and the house!
27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.- 8th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Amazing agency, in particular Mr. Giancarlo. A special mention to Agent Ganesh, who was very professional, responsive, and helpful at every step. He explained everything clearly, arranged viewings promptly, and ensured the handover went smoothly. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.
