I’ve used them multiple times to purchase properties at auction, and every single time they’ve been friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Their communication is clear and consistent, making the entire process simple and stress?free. What truly sets them apart is their honesty and genuine willingness to help — something rare in the property world. They handle everything with great care and attention to detail, and I always feel fully supported throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shonki Bros to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. Truly a 5?star service!

A very smooth process and the whole staff work so hard to make it smooth . We felt that not only did they sell the house but they were totally approachable and able to answer any questions we had and offer various support through different processes . We would like to thank them for all their work, support and help. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to sell their property. If we ever sell again we wouldn’t hesistate to go with them again . Thank you .
27th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)From the initial meeting to the beautiful brochure, we have been very impressed with how well Philip Laney and Jolly have advertised our property and kept us well informed with feedback from viewings. Once offers were placed, they negotiated the best sale price for us. We would definitely recommend Philip Laney and Jolly.
2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I did start to sell my flat with them but found better agents. over 2 months later my property gets shown on their site for sale on 25/12/25 to 2/1/26. Burchell Edwards are not my agents who are selling my flat nor professiol too in their dealings. this is vintictive attack to mess up my sale. dont trust them.
5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We had a horrible experience with Connells. We were continuously sent inexperienced agents. Once, we watched one of them walk around the grounds of our flat with a viewer, trying to find the property, as she had no idea where it was. One of the agents arrived in a belly top, late and unprepared. Agents were often late. When I complained about this, I was told they have a lot of appointments and may be late. This lateness often meant viewers waited far too long for a viewing. It is also shocking that lateness is the norm for them. As a standard, Connells agents will arrive at your property with viewers and not beforehand, which can be really awkward. I contacted other agents in the area, who advised me this is abnormal for estate agents. I asked this to stop and was made to feel like I was the problem. I tried to raise concerns about the above and other problems we were having. The branch manager reassured me that she would do the viewings herself, forgot she had said that, then booked the problematic agent back in again. When we were previously with them to buy, we were continuously cold-called with literally anything they had on and couldn't sell at the time. It got so frustrating we stopped looking. At the time, the viewing we did have was pointless, as the agent was literally playing Clash of Clans on his phone as we walked around.. Just absolute trash. - 2nd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)We’ve had a really positive experience selling our house with Connells. From start to finish the process has felt smooth, professional and well managed. Robbie was excellent from the very beginning. He got the property to market quickly and generated strong interest straight away, which led to a fast sale. He was proactive, realistic and easy to deal with, which gave us confidence throughout. Lily has also been brilliant. She has done a great job supporting the process behind the scenes, keeping communication flowing between us and the solicitors and making sure nothing was left hanging. Having that level of coordination made a real difference and helped keep things moving. Overall, a genuinely pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend Connells to anyone looking to sell.

12th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Everyone at Moore and York seems to be really helpful and very quick with responses on email or on the phone, however Natasha never seems to do anything, every time I email her regarding something someone else always replies as she clearly just doesn’t deal withit herself, every-time I call for her shes always out of the office or gone for the day, I would definitely recommend using Moore and York but would highly recommend not to contact Natasha and contact the others in the office.

13th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the start dealing with "Jerry" who is now no longer there (good) felt very pressured buying our first home with this company, sellers solicitor kept wanting to put completion dates in before our solicitor had finished checks, kept getting calls and emails for "updates" Evan though said multiple times speak to our solicitor as was in there hands (we had done our bits), some information we was not told about from the seller either which would of been nice and wouldn't of delayed things if truthful, some of the staff in the office was talking abit inappropriately in the background when me and my partner had to come in, if we purchase another property we will go with another estate agents.
