21st Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

Rhonda kept me smiling, even when it got stressful, and Carl was the most professional and reassuring person to speak with throughout the process. Donna was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, keeping me constantly updated and always making sure I knew what was happening. Her professionalism, knowledge and expertise were invaluable in navigating the potential issues that arose along the way. Donna was genuinely ‘on it’ the whole time and went above and beyond to keep everything moving and make what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. Although I hope I will never move again, if I were to do so, I would definitely use Freckleton Brown again. Thank you, Donna, for all your hard work and support.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
17th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Georgia at Belper office was absolutely brilliant. She was the only professional in our house chain that pushed to get information and get the deal over the line. One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.
