The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

From our first call Paula was nothing but accommodating and helpful. She found the perfect place within my price range. 10/10 – the best real estate agents I’ve dealt with!
29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)one of agent named called yasmin howe is very rude and arrogant. also they hold my holding deposit and has not been returned yet. and still waiting please go for other agent and dont risk your money other agent ask holding deposit after ur offer accepted but this one ask holding deposit **before ** offer accepted and they hold all possible tenant money and dont return them until u ask them ragely save ur time .and go for better agent .

Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

Since taking over the management of my property in late October 2025, she has been absolutely phenomenal at getting things done swiftly and efficiently. The moment I report any issues or repairs required in my property, Chelsea is instantly on it and always ensures everything is handled promptly. I truly cannot thank her enough for her commitment, professionalism, and support towards her tenants. The team managed to keep me informed of progress and helped to speed things along at critical moments when blockages appeared. A friendly and thoroughly professional experience and would recommend Gibbs Gillespie for your house sale or purchase from them.

They are incredibly polite and consistently quick to respond to emails and correspondence. Our main contact was Laura who was absolutely amazing! it would be fair to say the sale process did have many ups and downs but she navigated the stormy seas and held the transaction together. A lot of people give Estate Agents a bad Rep but Laura well she is simply the best!

As an overseas landlord, I found her support absolutely invaluable. Lauren handled every stage with meticulous care, from putting the property on the market to finding the tenant. She attended to every minute detail of the property rental rules and ensured the property was in excellent condition. Lauren acted as a flawless bridge, communicating between myself, the tenant, and the maintenance team. She was always available to answer any queries and her 'spot on' communication provided me with total peace of mind. Beyond technical expertise, she has a warm, professional character that is perfectly suited to this profession. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

13th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I would strongly advise people to avoid V&A Properties at all costs. In my experience, this company is not who they present themselves to be. I have had a property with them since the 1st of April. From the beginning, I was pressured with constant phone calls to sign the contract and tenancy agreement. There were known issues with repairs in the property, but I was told that tenants were happy to decorate and accept the condition, which led me to proceed with signing the tenancy agreement. We went ahead and installed brand new appliances through Currys — including a washing machine, fridge, electric hob, and oven. We even paid an additional fee for professional installation, all completed and signed off by Currys installers. However, two weeks later, I was informed that the property was “not certified” and that tenants could not be placed there. When I asked what exactly was not certified, I was told that the cooker needed to be a freestanding unit. Without consulting me or getting my approval, they arranged for an electrician to carry out work and then sent me a bill of £1,400. Their communication has been extremely poor throughout. They also claimed they had emailed me over the weekend and that I had agreed to pay for this work. When I questioned this, it became clear that the email had just been sent at that moment, yet they were trying to say I had already agreed. From my experience, this company operates unprofessionally and without proper communication. They made decisions without my consent and then expected me to cover the costs. Please avoid this company if you can and look for a more reliable estate agent. I am now seeking legal advice

18th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Satvinder was very helpful in trying to get viewers to buy my property. He communicated well and kept me informed. Can't fault him. He found a buyer for us, unfortunately they didn't have enough deposit to secure the offer and they had to pull out. He then managed to get more viewings. The Iranian was broke out and house price fell and it became a buyer's market, unlucky for us. I think Satvinder was lovely and helpful and will be a good negotiator when provided with more training and support. I hope this review helps, as it is meant in good faith and good spirit and I am grateful for the efforts Chancellors gave.
