The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

At every stage from viewings, to sale negotiations to completion, Richard and the team did an amazing job and were very professional. Even when the solicitors and other parties in the chain were dragging their feet with constant delays, it was always Richard chasing them all up. Highly recommended Frost.

2nd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)The team at Gibbs Gillespie in Pinner were very helpful and supportive from start to finish of what was, at times, a frustrating purchase. The team managed to keep me informed of progress and helped to speed things along at critical moments when blockages appeared. A friendly and thoroughly professional experience and would recommend Gibbs Gillespie for your house sale or purchase from them.

They are incredibly polite and consistently quick to respond to emails and correspondence. Easily the best agency experience I’ve had to date.

From using a range of agencies to find a new property I would put Esher Curchods heads above others for professionalism and contact, always keeping me up to date and helping with queries. Would definitely choose them again- 1st Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)We dealt with Nick Warren at the Fulham office. He was extremely helpful and professional, with great local and property knowledge.
7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely heartbroken by our experience with David! After being accepted for a property and paying the holding deposit, we were excited and preparing to move in, only to be told last minute that the landlord had changed their mind. No empathy. What makes it worse? They cited my field of work and my partner's age(22) as the reason something they were fully aware of from the start. It felt discriminatory, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. My partner was left in tears, and we were devastated. Thankfully, we ended up finding a much better home a beautiful place with a garden by the river in Hammersmith. But the emotional damage from this experience still lingers. Edit: In the response he is still implying I have am renting properties for running a business, which is not the case this is a consiperacy they are making up. I made it clear that although I run an Airbnb business I was going to rent this place as a personal home. He is calling us liars to our face this is unbelievably disrespectful. I've always been honest and never lied and won't let a letting agent call me a liar!

3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)My experience of Barnard Marcus sales working with Yvette White was that she is proactive and faster than other estate agents in getting your paperwork ready and your property on the market. From start to finish, she gets things done. She kept the sale moving at every stage and did not let delays stall progress. When issues came up, she addressed them quickly and pushed for clear outcomes. She coordinated closely with the solicitors and both parties, ensuring communication stayed focused and completion stayed on track. Her persistence and drive made the process smoother and less stressful. If you want an agent who takes action and delivers results, I would highly recommend her.

5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

Complete lack of communication, chaos in absolutely everything, inaction in solving the problems of the tenants!. ??The promises when signing the contract turned out to be empty words!. The agency created more problems for us than it solved! Waste of time, nerves and money! I categorically do not recommend!

9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)If a 0-star rating were possible, this is what they would deserve. Our experience with Chancellors in Woking has been extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. Important information changed over time, and emails or concerns were often ignored or answered very late. We repeatedly had to chase for basic updates. The property had multiple issues reported during our tenancy, including mould, problems with the check-in inventory report, and not being provided with all the necessary keys — notably the bin area key. We had to chase the agency for two months to receive it, meanwhile walking 10 minutes each time to dispose of rubbish and asking the concierge for temporary access to the separate garbage door. There were also various general maintenance issues that required attention. Despite being clearly communicated, these problems were not handled properly or in a timely manner. The agency was disorganised and unclear, adding unnecessary stress during both move-in and move-out. There were several property managers that changed so many times over 7 months period. The most unacceptable part was the checkout process. We vacated the property on 01/02/2026, handed over the keys, and left the house in good condition. However, the checkout inventory inspection was scheduled almost two weeks later, which is completely unreasonable. Any inspection carried out so long after the property was returned cannot fairly reflect its condition at the time of checkout and puts tenants at an unfair disadvantage. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor organisation, and disregard for tenants’ concerns made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this agency and would strongly advise future tenants to document everything carefully if they choose to rent through them.

11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)The worst estate agent I’ve ever come across. We arranged a viewing and it was cancelled twice, and that too an hour before. Marley was rude and unapologetic. I would think twice before selling or buying from this agent!- 2nd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Our house sale went through today thanks to the team at Gibbs Gillespie...big shout out for Abraham Oommen, who, as a local man with over 20 years experience as an estate agent, has invaluable knowledge...he handled the sale with humour and courtesy...there was a tear in my eye as I viewed the property for the last time...my parents had lived there over 60 years and I was brought home there as a new born baby in 1947..now the house lives again with another young family...thanks Abraham and Adam for a painless sale.

Aidan went out of his way to facilitate things, especially helping my mum who is 82, taking things round for her to sign, and visiting the property on a Sunday to make sure everything was in place.
