We recently had a slightly unsettled handover when our previous property manager left, but our new property manager, James Mander, has been absolutely fantastic always quick to help and resolving any issues as soon as possible.

That pace can be a lot for some people, but it’s effective—especially under pressure. My only recommendation would be to focus less on trivial details and more on the bigger picture. Long-term relationships matter—LTV is more valuable than just closing the next deal. They really supported us with our first rented property in London and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. Louise deserves a special mention, her customer service is genuinely outstanding. She’s always been so responsive, kind and helpful, and just really easy to deal with. It makes such a difference having someone like that on the other end. We were also lucky to have a really lovely landlord, which made everything run even more smoothly. Overall, we’re leaving with nothing but positive things to say and would 100% recommend Miles Estates. Thank you again for everything!!

They also have an impressive network of potential buyers, which proved valuable in reaching the right audience, particularly in a challenging market, where they succeeded in securing the sale of our maisonette. I’d especially like to highlight Danielle, whose efforts in the final stages were outstanding. She went above and beyond to help close the sale, proactively following up with our lawyers, keeping everything moving, and even assisting with practical details like recommending cleaning services. Her focus and determination at that point made a real difference in getting the deal across the line. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

21st Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)They put sold on my property which they haven’t even sold giving absolutely false statements they valued the property at £240,000 bringing it down to £200,000 and wanted me to lower the price even more to around £150,000 totally unacceptable.
