We had few issues but when we did and reported them, they were efficient and professional at sorting it out. The end of tenancy came and was fairly straight forward. I would recommend!

She did a fantastic job accompanying us at each stage of the process: visits, offer, negotiation and solicitors. Shash was able to offer expert advice on the properties we were considering, the market in general, and provided a wealth of experience on refurbishment and property improvements, which made our final decision much easier. Once we had found the best home for us, she facilitated the entire negotiation and purchase process, resolving queries and concerns right through until completion. Throughout she always conducted herself with empathy, transparency and the highest standards of integrity. We could not have asked for more!

We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). So highly recommend Emma and her team. We have other properties with them and currently on selling, so fingers crossed too.

The buyer was found through a masterstroke on Daniels part, offered very close to my asking price, there was good communication, I'm very happy with the outcome.

Since meeting John in 2008, I have been exceptionally pleased with the letting agent, landlord relationship. John’s team’s market knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and ability to work effectively with me being an overseas landlord with an 11 hour time difference has been invaluable. As a landlord, expect the human touch, pragmatism, practical and cost effective solutions to fixes, refurbishment. I can count the void period on my London flat in weeks on one hand - an achievement over a seventeen year period and testimony to the teams ability to attract contract and sustain lasting lease relationships. I would recommend John and team whole heartedly. SALES AGENT: John and Emma Mackie have successful sold my flat in Hammersmith. Initial my London flat and do the last 17 years a rental investment. I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion
