Their services were value for money. They understood our objectives and style, were creative, were easy to reach. They have no rivals in the local SW6 market knowledge. Their communication is timely and nothing is too much trouble. They really go the extra mile, responding to questions and issues outside of working hours. If you want trust worthy, fair and proactive estate agents then they are for you. Professional, friendly and able to take some of the stress out of the London housing market. Thank you both.

She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. One doesn't feel like a statistic. The situation is tailored around the tenant. Thank you Sara! You're a star! Thank you Lewis! Thank you Greenstone Estates! 12th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)The team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially Emma and her manager, Guy. They provided excellent support and kept communication flowing smoothly between my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. I would definitely recommend them.

He helped me both with renting out my property and finding a place to rent, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend working with him and ,of course, Winkworth. he is reliable, helpful, and will leave you with an excellent experience.
22nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a really stressful experience with Mervyn Smith. We know the Ham area well and were shocked from the start due to their dishonesty re aeroplane noise, social housing and traffic congestion. They were very restrictive with property viewing times - telling us we had 10 minutes max, even after we had an offer accepted. They put huge pressure on us in terms of our offer, making us compete really hard and being very relentless - even near completion, they were trying to get us to up our offer by telling us there was someone younger, more ready to move and offering 10k more trying to get the property - something which we found out was 100% fictional. While estate agents have a bad reputation in general, we found Joe took this to an extreme. The entire process was unpleasant and caused enormous, unnecessary anxiety. It turned a simple sale- and what should have been the exciting process - of buying a home into a horrible, exhausting experience. We have dealt with estate agents in other parts of London and not run into any of these issues.

They are professional, very efficient and have been there for me from the beginning of renting my previous flat right to the end. Vanessa has dealt with all my issues, always positive and caring, and I highly recommend Tates for anybody looking to rent or buy property.

26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!

24th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I warmly recommend Philip and his amazing team. We sold our home, rented and then finally bought a new home in the space of a year all through Philip Wooller. Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.
18th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.
