Unfortunately, the purchase did not happen for personal reasons and decisions, nothing to do with the vendor or the very beautiful property they were selling. But Mrs Azra has been helpful and graceful in this circumstances also, never treating us any different for changing our minds and offering to help with whatever we needed propertywise in the future. It was such a lovely experience to meet her. We wish her all the good luck in her career! May many customers enjoy her assistance!

30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)We had a very positive experience with Brian Cox. Communication was excellent throughout, always easy to get hold of and quick to follow up. Rachel was instrumental in keeping the transaction moving when progress slowed with the seller’s solicitor. Her proactive approach made a real difference. Daniel also stepped in seamlessly to cover while Rachel was on leave, which we really appreciated. Paul handled negotiations professionally and helped both sides reach a fair outcome. Overall, a reliable and proactive team. Would definitely recommend.
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.

Ryan went out of his way at the end of the process as we had already left the property and were 2hr drive away. His flexibility and kindness were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend the team to anyone selling a property in their area.

He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. They kept us informed throughout the process even when the sale to the first propective buyers fell through. They found new buyers quickly and smoothly. We would like to mention two of their staff particularly, although all were polite and helpful: Mathew Marchent - saw us through the sale process. Danielle Gennard - helped us through the sales progression. She was always communicative and there with help and advice. Thank you to all the team.
