They kept us updated regularly and followed up on everything until the sale was completed.<br><br>Brook, Richard and Evan were highly professional throughout the entire process. Evan and Richard handled a very complicated issue during the sale with professionalism and expertise, making a stressful situation much easier to manage.<br><br>We bought and sold our house through Barnard and Marcus, and on both occasions their service was excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

His enthusiasm, combined with a realistic and optimistic approach, gave us confidence at every stage. He provided clear guidance on pricing adjustments, which ultimately helped secure the sale.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and no question ever felt too small.<br><br>We would also like to thank Mahnoor, then new Move Manager, who joined partway through the process. She was extremely supportive in progressing matters and achieving exchange and completion.<br><br>Overall, we are very grateful for the professionalism and dedication shown by the whole team.

From the very beginning, Jack was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive, making what can often be a stressful renting process feel straightforward and easy to navigate.<br><br>He took the time to thoroughly show us around the property, explain every aspect of the rental process, and provide valuable insight into the current market. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to answer questions made everything much clearer and gave us confidence in our decisions.<br><br>What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was throughout. Jack was always quick to respond, highly efficient, and made us feel supported every step of the way. Mr. Sayem helped me secure a flat, and I had a very good experience with him. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Every time I contacted him, he responded positively and did everything according to my requirements. He also communicated very clearly and nicely. As an international person, they were able to flexible with me and a move in date while my money was being transferred in. They responded to every (there were just a few) maintenance requests... and they were even proactive about maintenance issues. Once or twice during my five months stay they emailed and said they would be in the area that day and I could submit issues to be taken care of (a small but helpful gesture!). From renting to ending, they were kind, helpful, communicative, and responsive. I highly recommend them, especially for a shorter let in London.

My wife and I have been on our search since July 2025 and Jake has been there every step of the way. His knowledge of the area is exceptional and he comes across very professional and relatable. Always makes time to catch up and provide market insights and is very transparent. Would highly recommend!

William Richardson delivered an exceptional level of service from start to finish. After my tenant only remained in the property for five months, William managed to re-let my property within just one day and at a higher rental figure. That level of efficiency, professionalism, and market understanding is incredibly rare. What impressed me most was not just the speed, but the confidence and reassurance throughout the process. William remained proactive, communicative, and completely in control at every stage. In a market where many agents simply react, William genuinely leads from the front. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in achieving the best outcome for their clients rather than simply going through the motions. His work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure deserve real recognition. A true asset to Foxtons and someone I would highly recommend to any landlord looking for results, professionalism, and peace of mind.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.

We dealt primarily with Ayesha who went above and beyond to help us secure our rental. She was super patient with my busy schedule and was immediately on hand with any issues we faced throughout the letting process. Very grateful for having Ayesha help manage our move and would highly recommend her and the team to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell property in the St Margaret’s/twickenham/richmond area.
