10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I was previously a tenant in Palace Court and Foxtons were the managing agent and were good. When it came to selling my apartment, they were my first port of call. I had a valuation booked with Chuck and received email confirmation of the appointment. He never turned up and never bothered to respond to my emails asking whether he was coming. I decided to sell with Cluttons Hyde Park and sold my flat to the first viewer before it even went to market. I had such a poor experience of Foxtons and would never recommend them now.- 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Giving 5 stars specifically to Natalie who was incredible, ruthlessly efficient and worked tirelessly to try and find me a place!! 21st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)A special recommendation for Matt Barseghian in sales who was professional and friendly throughout the transaction offering advice when requested and kept in touch even on his day off.<br>Also to Chris O'Brien in property management who helped with getting the property ready to market after the tenants had left and sorting out a last minute hitch. Both excelled and both contributed to securing a successful sale.

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.- 13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We have just sold our property through the Gibbs Gillespie Pitshanger office, and they were amazing from start to finish. They dealt with the sale in a very professional way — 10 out of 10!<br>We invited a few estate agents to view our property, and Jason was the only one who went out into the garden to appreciate the effort we had put into it. This was one of the reasons we decided to go with him.<br>Jason, Jo, Patricia and Nicola are all true professionals. Every one of them played a key role in selling our property, making the whole process completely stress-free and worry-free for us.<br>We would definitely recommend their services to everyone and would happily use them again in the future.
24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.
