I had a challenging time with solicitors when buying, but Simon kept me updated throughout, fully understood what I wanted, fought in my corner and was integral to both mine and the seller’s experience.<br><br>He went above and beyond constantly, was so attuned to what was needed and when, and, when needed, wasn’t afraid to push and get things moving. Without him I am not actually sure I would have got through the process at all.<br><br>I am not planning on selling anytime soon, but would recommend Simon and his team (shout out to Michael) as they are the best, fastest, friendliest, easiest, and kindest in the business.

Antony was really kind and supportive and made me feel at ease, especially during such a stressful time trying to find housing in London.<br><br>Throughout the process, he kept me informed and communicated everything that needed to be addressed to ensure everything ran efficiently and smoothly. Raul helpfully suggested to show the place to a friend of ours in London for us, since it was difficult for us to travel from Scotland to London then. Raul also helped to get our questions answered by the landlord. I found communication channels a little difficult though, since no mobile numbers were shared with us, even when we asked, and on one occasion I couldn't leave an urgent message even by calling their office. Other than that no other problems and I would certainly recommend using Sargeants to find rentals in London.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)**Avoid this agency. My deposit disappeared.**<br><br>Tenancy ended 28 August. It's now early October and my £2,000 deposit has completely vanished. The agent said they’d follow up with the landlord but went unresponsive.<br><br>The agent has minimal leverage over the landlord and little willingness to actually pursue tenants' interests.<br><br>If you're comfortable losing £2,000 with zero accountability, by all means, rent through KFH.
