She’s been friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right property. She’s taken the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and has been great at keeping in touch. Although I haven’t found the right property yet, I really appreciate all of Jess’s help and would happily recommend the team at Shipways Redditch.- 5th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)Nock Deighton Telford Lettings Team have been our Agent from when we became newbie Landlords guiding us through the early days, providing an easy maintenance portal for us and our tenants, answering all our queries knowledgeably and promptly and keeping us informed with webinars and meetings so we remained compliant with all the new Renters Act requirements. When we finally decided to sell Dawn Clarke, Lettings & Property Managing Director at Nock Deighton introduced us to the Landlord to Landlord sales platform, and guided us through to a successful sale. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nock Deighton Lettings Telford as the ‘go to’ Agent.

Disappointing but I understand market slow but contact and professional advice may have been beneficial.- 17th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)We changed to instructing Nock Deighton on the sale of our home after 6 months with another agent. Darren, Molly and Ellie have a slick operation; we found communication was great throughout, everything was done fast and without hassle and we were content with our sale price and the timescales achieved in the market conditions. Ellie in particular was so helpful and provided useful updates throughout without any pressure on our family. Whilst they are at a slighter higher price point than other estate agents, we did found the service reflected that in our opinion and seemed to provide a smooth process for buyer and seller alike.
11th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)AVOID CONNELLS AT ALL COSTS I am receiving passive aggressive emails from Connells 5 years after they made my house purchase 10x harder than it needed to be despite being told my information had been removed from their databases in line with GDPR regulations- clearly they cannot even manage that. As a first time buyer I was given a terrible deal as I unfortunately did not know any better- if you are a first time buyer, or really any buyer, AVOID CONNELLS. EDIT 17/3/26 - you’ve replied telling me to get in touch to make it look to people like you’re doing something about this but you have now not replied to my email. Again, Connells cannot manage the most basic of tasks - do not involve them in your purchase/sale/rental of your house. Edit 1/6/26 still no reply, avoid this company. 11/6/26 I have received another email reminding me to renew my mortgage, clearly GDPR means nothing to this company. I still have not received an email which I was promised in reply to this review.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.
31st Jul 2026 (24 days ago)I have just sold my house through Chattertons, they were fantastic from start to finish, professional and friendly.<br>I had viewings booked within 24hrs thanks to the photos and information about the property.<br><br>Anna kept me informed every step of the way and gave me lots of support, I never felt I needed to chase up on the progress.<br><br>Very competitive fees, all in all I can't fault them.<br><br>Thank you Chattertons

7th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)From start to finish, everything was handled exceptionally well and Margetts are definitely the right estate agents to use if you want a personalised and stress-free experience. The team are all friendly yet professional. Oliver has exceptional local knowledge of the area and is honest and realistic about pricing properties to sell. Ray was fantastic in keeping us up to date, he excels in communicating effectively and regularly. Margetts are a good example of the importance of using a local estate agent, it really makes a huge difference to the overall process. We have previously used Margetts as our letting agent and again they excelled in keeping us informed and streamlining any issues in a solution focused manner.
