I was so impressed that I immediately booked a valuation with Simon, and the professionalism, warmth, and expertise were identical. It’s that classic English gentleman style: calm, honest, classy, and incredibly well?informed. After meeting seven estate agents, not one came close to the standard set by this team. Truly outstanding service.

From the minute we met Paula we knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her profession is clear and she offered us valuable advice throughout the process of selling and even our onward purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we were constantly updated as to progress. If we were to sell again we would not hesitate to use Paula and Matt at Priory Property Tunstall.- 17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)We changed to instructing Nock Deighton on the sale of our home after 6 months with another agent. Darren, Molly and Ellie have a slick operation; we found communication was great throughout, everything was done fast and without hassle and we were content with our sale price and the timescales achieved in the market conditions. Ellie in particular was so helpful and provided useful updates throughout without any pressure on our family. Whilst they are at a slighter higher price point than other estate agents, we did found the service reflected that in our opinion and seemed to provide a smooth process for buyer and seller alike.

Although our tenant pays the rent on time every month, this company delivers the rent to us with a significant delay. This month, it's been over 15 days and they still haven't sent the rent. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them via email, I receive no response. Furthermore, they are not properly managing processes for us (such as municipal taxes and electricity bills), and because we are unaware of these bills, they have put us in a position where we may face legal action.

10th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

They did for me what 2 other main stream estate agents failed in Leamington. I sell with many agents in many towns and what i experienced with this agent is the extra mile they go for you that not many agents will do. They see the sale through to the day of completion personally and liase continuously with both party solicitors to ensure productively at all times. I definitely would recommend this agent to anyone who is looking to sell in Leamington and surrounding areas, and i certainly have already recommended them to my friends and family. You will not be disappointed!

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. From the initial meeting through to completion Matt, both Katie s , Ellie and Paula were approachable and professional and kept the communication lines open all the way through. I cannot recommend Acres Walmley highly enough for selling property and will miss my regular visits for an update. thank you all Yvonne and Ray
