19th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)All staff very friendly and particular thanks to Kieran who was very patient and helpful. He was very good at liaising with the solicitors and keeping things moving. We were selling from afar and they were able to be key holders and to advise about local tradespeople which was really helpful.

20th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Very disappointing experience with Spectra Property and Services.<br><br>I had booked a house viewing for Saturday at 10:00 AM, which was later rescheduled to 11:00 AM after a phone call. The confirmation email clearly stated that the viewing slot was from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.<br><br>When we arrived at 11:22 AM, there was still someone sitting in a car outside the property. However, instead of conducting the viewing, we were told in a rude and unprofessional manner that we would need to rebook because we were “late.” This was despite arriving within the viewing window stated in the confirmation email.<br><br>The attitude and lack of customer service were extremely disappointing. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful of our time.<br><br>I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.

28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Just no! There customer service is beyond awful. There specialists are not worth there money. As proof I had two copies of 1 item, one valued at halls one valued by another firm. The halls valuation was less than 100 pounds. Yet the other was valued and sold for 800 pounds. Both items where I. Identical condition. I would not trust this company again. I should point out both items where sold in the Shrewsbury area. So the difference cannot be put down to regional differences. Be very wary if planning to or currently using this firm.

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love.
