The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! So, a massive thank you to the whole team for all their effort at the Alcester office. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

He showed an interest as I showed him around and had some very helpful advice for me. They keep you well up to date and it is never too much trouble for them if you call. They are an impressive team.

Our house received multiple bids over the asking price and was sold without two weeks. Stress free and actually enjoyable, which I didn't think was possible. Very happy and highly recommended.

7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Good and rapid service in setting up sale particulars and advertising. Very responsive to client input. Communications and honesty regarding interest, viewings and feedback was very good. Local knowledge was most helpful in guiding sale process. Viewing activity did stall after initial flurry of interest, inspections and failed offers. Agent then appeared to relegate property in priorities and did not take actions which may have maintained momentum eg refreshing particulars/photographs. Once buyer was confirmed the interaction with Agent was excellent and flexible. Overall I would recommend Crowhurst Gale who did present a better service to us than other Agents who were approached.

20th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Spectra Property and Services.<br><br>I had booked a house viewing for Saturday at 10:00 AM, which was later rescheduled to 11:00 AM after a phone call. The confirmation email clearly stated that the viewing slot was from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.<br><br>When we arrived at 11:22 AM, there was still someone sitting in a car outside the property. However, instead of conducting the viewing, we were told in a rude and unprofessional manner that we would need to rebook because we were “late.” This was despite arriving within the viewing window stated in the confirmation email.<br><br>The attitude and lack of customer service were extremely disappointing. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful of our time.<br><br>I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

2nd Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I haven’t moved for 42 years. It was a terrifying thought and I had to find somewhere else to live, also terrifying. Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love.
