From the initial valuation he guided me and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. His proactive communication with the buyers’ and my solicitor’s was excellent. The service I received from Debbie and D’arcy was excellent . They were efficient, attentive and genuinely supportive. I cannot thank Ben, Debbie and D’arcy enough for their amazing support. I wholeheartedly recommend both Ben and Oulsnam, Hagley Road to anyone selling or buying property.

Green's were far better in this respect and generally responded to our messages promptly, with just the odd lapse. The whole process was quite easy, from our initial approach to the marketing and the actual sale.

Firstly, Rebekah showed great initiative and local market knowledge by identifying a house which wasn't even on the market at the time as a potential suitable destination for the sellers of the property into which we were keen to move. This worked perfectly for everyone, and enabled the chain to be built. The chain was long and quite complex, but Rebekah's strong communication skills and navigation of the various challenges, including progressing other issues occurring in the chain beyond the property into which we were moving, was first class, and enabled successful completion on time for 5 sets of buyers/sellers.
