22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We use the Grove to sell our property in cradley heath. Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!
26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We would like to thank all the wonderful ladies at Dixons estate agency, they were professional, helpful and went the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble and whatever glitches we encountered with the purchase of our bungalow they quickly solved, by the end of our purchase they felt like friends. Would not hesitate to use again top marks to you all and well deserved.
1st Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.
26th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have recently completed on my Grade 2 listed property which was my dwelling for many years. It has not been an easy sale process but I have to say that Charlie Comber and his team at Hayman- Joyce, particularly Hermione Walls have kept me sane through their patient endeavours. It was somewhat of a painful process. However hopefully my property has passed on to worthy new owners. I cannot recommend Hayman-Joyce more highly, for being an enthusiastic and realistic estate agent.

10th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)We recently purchased a property marketed by Hills. We viewed a few places and dealt with different agents and I have to say, Hills were one of the best! They followed up after our viewing and even though technically we weren’t their clients, they were always helpful and friendly. If I was to put our house on the market they would definitely be on top of the list of agencies I’d consider going with.

They put my details into their system and every time there was a property in my price range, I'd have a phone call telling me about it, something other agents don't do on the regular. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you are looking to buy.
26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Recently purchased a property through John German and wanted to review this estate agent as been excellent , strong communication throughout the process , Jayne and staff kept us updated weekly and was able to give us feedback and chase the chain involved .<br>I have used all estate agents in the past within uttoxeter and comparing to ABODE there is no comparable.<br>Some agents don’t work to sell your house this agent proved staff are committed and resilient and confident within their roles.<br>Don’t hesitate to use this agent to sell your home , you won’t be disappointed.
5th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Staff at the Ironbridge office, particularly Will, were very helpful and seemed to be doing all they could to ensure our purchase went through smoothly. Our initial inquiry was to the Much Wenlock office who were unable to give us a copy of the details for the property and didn't seem able to print out a set. Similarly our final experience was with the Telford office who delayed the handover of keys to the property. They claimed they were waiting for confirmation that payment had been received even though we had been given confirmation more than an hour earlier that this had happened.- 20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)From start to finish Charlie, Ian and team were amazing. 5th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)Taylors estate agents in Brierley Hill have been fantastic. From the moment Mitch attended to do an initial valuation it was clear that this was a professional company. Everyone at the office has been friendly, knowledgable and professional. We were listened to throughout and keep well informed. The photograhs looked very professional and Matt took his time to ensure photos were taken from the best angles. We had a lot of viewings within the first week, and as we were holiday Taylors managed them all, keeping us informed of when viewings would happen. We were given access to an online portal where we could track all viewings and offers. We had 7 offers, 5 for the asking price. Julie managed 'best offers' from all of them, and apart from talking to Julie and deciding which offer to go with, we didn't have to do anything and our house was sold within a week.
23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were due to move into a property managed through Genie Homes on 22 May 2026. The tenancy agreement had been signed and completed, and we had arranged our family move around that date. On the morning we were meant to move in, we were told by text message that the landlord had changed her mind and that we could no longer move into the property. This left us in an extremely difficult position as a family. Our home was packed, we had already made arrangements connected to the move, including our son’s school transport, and we were left trying to work out where we were going to live at very short notice. Our son has Down syndrome and significant additional needs, so the sudden uncertainty and disruption caused a huge amount of stress for us. Although some staff members tried to help afterwards, the overall handling of the situation felt very unprofessional and lacked proper accountability. We had to keep chasing for updates, requested calls from senior management that did not happen, and were left in limbo when we needed clear communication and practical support. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company.
