Jonathan has been particularly proactive with communication and has been very helpful in keeping us updated and supporting our property search. Lucy has been equally proactive with her communication, always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.<br>We’re still looking for the right property, but the service and communication we’ve received so far have been excellent. You can see why a couple of estate agents in particular dominate the market in Sutton Coldfield, with Paul Carr being one of them. Hopefully we’ll find the right one soon!

She was amazing throughout the entire process—always available to reassure us whenever we had concerns or questions. Sabi proactively chased every detail, always got us the answers we needed, and gave fantastic advice at every step. Buying a home can be stressful, but having Sabi in our corner made all the difference. He was friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which can be a rarity, and I always felt kept informed without any pressure. My interactions with the wider team were also consistently positive, they were welcoming, professional, and helpful whenever I spoke with them. Their genuine approach and excellent customer service made a lasting impression, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and the team at Dixons to anyone looking for an estate agent. 8th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We put our house up for sale with DB Roberts and out from the start, we had a lovely experience Initial evaluation was quick and easy. Photographs came very quickly and it was put on the market there in a few days. We dealt with Emily as our contact who is attentive he informed of everything, We have feedback for the reviewing. And Emily kept us up-to-date on everything that Was happening. Due to health issues, we have taken the house of the Market but hopefully will be back with DB Roberts early in the New Year thank you again Emily for all your help.

We also appreciated the Flexible Option, which gave us the freedom to decide later in the sales process who would pay the fees.- 7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I shall be forever thankful that I found Vicky and the team at Oulsnam Redditch. Today, we complete on our house sale in Rubery after 9 painful months on the market with another agent, Oulsnam were a breath of fresh air. The service offered was impeccable, honest and they delivered. Within 5 days of being on the market with Oulsnam, I had 4 booked viewings, all conducted over a weekend with Jeff. Jeff was fantastic with the viewings and taking people around with knowledge and consideration. He kept me informed about how they each went, something that I completely lacked from my other agent. By the end of the weekend, after 4 viewings, I had 3 offers on the table! Absolutely amazing!! Vicky and the team achieved exactly what they set out to.<br>During the sale, Elisha and Debbie have been attentive and always on hand to take it through to a smooth completion. A wonderful team at Redditch, sincerely thank you! Without hesitation, I'd highly recommend.

I mainly deal with Sarah and no words can describe how amazing this lady is. All staff are brilliant and very friendly. I wouldn't go with any other agents anymore.<br>To all the team. 16th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)I cannot recommend Oliver Jones at Slade Property Collective in Wolverhampton highly enough. Although I was the mother of the purchaser rather than the buyer myself, I saw first-hand just how helpful, professional and proactive Oli was throughout the whole process.<br><br>Oli went above and beyond from the very beginning. He was available whenever we needed him, always returned calls when requested, and was incredibly proactive in pushing things through to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really stood out was how he sent pictures of the property to my daughter before it had even been listed, giving her the opportunity to see it straight away. He then made sure she was the very first person through the door to view it, which ultimately gave her the chance to secure the property she loved in Tettenhall.<br><br>Oli made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier and was always approachable, responsive and genuinely keen to help. His communication and commitment were exceptional.<br><br>A well-deserved 5 stars for Oli and Slade Property Collective. Thank you for going the extra mile and helping my daughter find her new home!

29th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Connells. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.
