The whole team have been absolutely amazing from start to finish, keeping me updated every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier.<br>A special shoutout has to go to Michele and Jane! These ladies have genuinely gone above and beyond. They were constantly keeping me updated, calling to let me know what was happening, explaining how we could keep things moving forward, chasing my conveyancers, speaking with the sellers and dealing with everything they possibly could to make the process as smooth as possible for me.<br>Every email was answered so quickly, always politely and professionally, and I never once felt like I was left wondering what was going on. Their communication, support and dedication have been absolutely fantastic.<br>I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better team to help me through such an important milestone. I’m so grateful for everything you’ve done and the effort you’ve put in throughout the whole process.<br>Thank you SO much to the entire team ????????????

I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.
23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m tired of the spam emails, I receive about 10 emails a day, it’s ridiculous! I’ve called several times to have my details taken off whatever system it’s on as I’ve never enquired or had any business dealings with them yet they continue to email me.

5th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)From the first interaction when the valuation was completed to the agreeing of the sale we found the whole team very knowledgable both of the market and their customers. Would highly recommend SBK Leamington Spa. Sale agreed within a week. Can’t get better than that

Martin and Co presided over the collapse of our house sale after 7 months and in the week we were due to exchange after having spent a large amount of money and time. We’ve complained to the Ombudsman and are confident they will find in our favour. We would NOT recommend Martin and Co, and particularly so called ‘consultant’ Carl Hemming in any way.

Selling our house felt straightforward, and we were so happy to receive an accepted offer within just two weeks of going on the market.<br>Mike was always friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and happy to offer advice whenever we needed it. 1st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Jones and associates are professional estate agents who sold my home . We met Jason when he came to valve our home he made us feel that selling it would be top priority. A wattsapp group was set up to keep in contact with them within 2weeks and a lot of work my house had sold. The photographer who took the pictures was very professional when taking the pictures and presented a perfect set of photos .If I needed to know anything I only had to write on wattsapp and it was quickly answered . They also provided an after sales person who communicated with both parties solicitors. I would definitely recommend this estate agents to ensure that you get a very professional service and a stress free experience when selling your home

9th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We got our house sold in the end but the guy who was given to us, didn’t do a good job, late to appointments, didn’t tell the truth about we were with buyers. Don’t think this guy works there now but it is the owners responsibility to see what was going on.
