I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

A special shout-out to Linda, who conducted the viewings. She was incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating with all my requests—even when it meant arranging multiple appointments. Linda always had a warm, welcoming smile and carried herself with such knowledge and positivity that it truly reflected the company in the best possible way. She made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. I’d also like to thank Michelle and Jack, who were instrumental in progressing the purchase. 26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We have purchased two properties through this estate agent (with one purchase still ongoing) and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing!<br>Communication within the office staff has been very poor, and it often felt like staff were not communicating with each other. When our solicitors experienced delays, we were repeatedly threatened that the properties ( both of them) would be put back on the market, despite this never actually happening! This created unnecessary stress during an already demanding process.<br><br>In addition, both surveying companies we used commented on the difficulties they had communicating with this estate agent, which suggests our experience was not an isolated one.<br><br>While we appreciate that an estate agent acts on behalf of the seller, we felt there was very little effort to facilitate the process for the buyer or keep everyone informed. Overall, the lack of communication and the way issues were handled made what should have been an exciting experience far more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.

The process was very efficient and Sam was always at the end of the phone to help. If Sam was ever busy, Dave and Karen were super helpful with any queries and questions too. Highly recommend!!

Everything was clearly explained to us at each stage, which really helped put our minds at ease. Adam in particular was brilliant. Always approachable, responsive and happy to answer all our questions, even after completion. The process has been slightly frustrating due to things outside of our control, however Vicki handled it brilliantly along with Mackie. I was updated quickly, and they were patient and understanding. The whole team were lovely every time I called. I would highly recommend them.

The end-to-end service from valuation through the sales team and on to purchase progress and completion were excellent. The staff were contactable, friendly, professional and went the extra mile for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. A happy customer.

I originally purchased the house from him and re-sold with him. Fantastic service.
