They kept me updated, answered any questions I had, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. Their effort and professionalism made me feel genuinely valued as a buyer.<br><br>I would not hesitate to use Paul Carr again and, more importantly, they would be my first choice if I was selling a property. We dealt mainly with Amelia when purchasing our new house, She kept us well informed throughout the whole process, was always pleasant and professional. If I had any questions and I couldn't get in touch ,She always phoned back when she said she would ,if our experience is anything to go by i would have no problem recommending Amelia and the rest of the team. Thanks again for your help.

They were very patient with me, and always easy to contact. They accommodated me wherever possible and never made me feel like an inconvenience even though I can guarantee that I was! Thank you so much to both Daisy and Chloe for their help during a very stressful time of moving house.

We particularly liked how she got answers to our questions from the vendors and passed these back to us quickly. Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had. Matt was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, explaining every detail about the ins and outs of each area and property type and he even stayed past closing time on a Saturday afternoon to help us! Thank you so much, it's great to experience a personal and attentive service even when there wasn't a potential sale on the cards on the day! I can see why Crabb Curtis has so many 5* reviews

Having had used previously another well known high street agent, Mike was certainly a breath of fresh air during what is usually a stressful time. The marketing of our home was exceptional, viewings completed by Mike took the stress out of this for us, and our home sold with Mike continuously supporting us following, with the surveys, additional viewings and negotiations with our buyers.<br>The personalised approach and genuine care received from Mike was second to none from start to finish.<br>You will not be disappointed with Mike EweMove Stafford, I whole heartedly recommend him to everyone who may be considering selling their home.
25th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Our tenancy at 7 St. Edwards Road was extremely stressful. From the beginning, several maintenance and safety issues were reported and took months to be resolved. We even had a break-in while we were in the property, and no adequate security measures were put in place afterward. Communication with the agency—particularly with the representative who handled our case, Sunny Sandhu—was often unhelpful and dismissive. Requests for a revised contract after two tenants moved out were ignored, leaving us in a very unclear situation. The agency tried to withhold our entire deposit and add unreasonable cleaning charges, despite us leaving the property spotless and having photo evidence. Thankfully, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) reviewed the case and returned our deposit after nearly three months. I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photos, and written communication if you decide to rent through this company. Transparency and professionalism were lacking in our experience.

26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Slade Property Collective are a small, but very professional estate agency. We dealt with Oliver Jones throughout the sale of our parents house in Tettenhall. Oliver was so helpful, approachable and professional. He guided us throughout the process, even out of office hours, which I know you wouldn't get through any of the bigger estate agencies. The house sold within a few days. Obviously this is a stressful time for anyone whose selling/buying, and this was a very emotional time for us, as this had been our home since 1969. Oliver was genuinely empathetic and, eased us through without any major problems. I would not hesitate to recommend Slade Property Collective to anyone.<br>Thank you Oliver and thank you Slade Property Collective
