Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

Specially , on the completion day ,they felt like friends and make my day with some love and laughter. Again Thanku so much for your lovely performance.
1st Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I would not recommend Your Move Wellington based on my experience.<br>After I sold a property previously handled by them, inaccurate personal information appears to have been supplied to a third party and relied upon. This resulted in an energy account being opened in my name for a property I no longer owned, which later led to debt collection contact.<br>I have repeatedly tried to resolve this through calls, emails, a formal complaint and a Subject Access Request. Despite this, I have not received an explanation and there has only been a very limited response.<br>Your Move / LSL also publicly indicated, after my Trustpilot review, that they wanted to resolve the matter. I provided the requested contact details, but nothing meaningful followed.<br>This is a matter that could have been resolved much more easily with proper communication. Instead, there has been a continued failure to engage. I have now referred the matter to the ICO and The Property Ombudsman.<br>I would still much prefer Your Move / LSL to contact me and resolve the issue properly, but in my experience the branch rarely answers the phone, messages are not returned, and the same applies to their head office and associated company LSL.<br>I would gladly amend this review if Your Move / LSL now engage constructively and put right what has gone wrong. Unfortunately, after almost three months of inactivity, unanswered messages and no substantive resolution, I have little confidence that this will happen without continued escalation.<br>In my opinion, the communication, accountability and complaint handling have fallen far below the standard any customer should reasonably expect.

From start to finish, our chain was an absolute nightmare, with one issue after another, but Korron completely adopted us as her clients and fought tirelessly to get every sale over the line.<br><br>She went above and beyond every single day, keeping everyone informed, chasing things up, solving problems, and making what felt impossible happen. Her dedication, professionalism and determination are second to none.<br><br>Not only is she incredibly good at her job, but she’s also warm, friendly, supportive and genuinely cares. She made one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever been through so much more manageable.<br><br>Korron is an absolute credit to Dixons. She’s like Superwoman and deserves a massive pay rise! Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had. 25th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Our tenancy at 7 St. Edwards Road was extremely stressful. From the beginning, several maintenance and safety issues were reported and took months to be resolved. We even had a break-in while we were in the property, and no adequate security measures were put in place afterward. Communication with the agency—particularly with the representative who handled our case, Sunny Sandhu—was often unhelpful and dismissive. Requests for a revised contract after two tenants moved out were ignored, leaving us in a very unclear situation. The agency tried to withhold our entire deposit and add unreasonable cleaning charges, despite us leaving the property spotless and having photo evidence. Thankfully, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) reviewed the case and returned our deposit after nearly three months. I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photos, and written communication if you decide to rent through this company. Transparency and professionalism were lacking in our experience.
