She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. 19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Mathew from Kubie Gold has just sold a property for us in Regents Park.It was left to us after the passing of my Father in Law and we knew very little about the area and the property. Mathew has been a god send with his knowledge of the Property’s and has a wonderful charisma to him. Any problems that arise are dealt with a calmness that’s beyond me. All I can say to anyone who needs help with a Property what ever it maybe Kubie Gold are a fantastic example to how things should be done. THANK YOU

18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

In particular we were incredibly impressed by the service we received from David Mendel and Simon Hardie who went above and beyond to ensure we our property sold at a great price!

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)I was dealing with vanesa tonova and I placed an offer for an apartment and she told me she sent it to the owner but she did not and lied. I chased her to find out whats going on and sent numerous messages/emails only to be ignored. Not only this but she also had a very bad attitude with me for no reason. Very unprofessional. In the end I did it through another agency but very unprofessional.

I can't recommend him highly enough; he was always responsive, never unrealistic and very attentive to details. He was also very supportive and comporting when necessary. Trust him and his judgement, it's worth it!

They have been exceptional going above and beyond anything I expected at this difficult time. They have now just organised the sale of the property and have dealt with everything they possibly could in a professional and timely manner to ensure the smooth sale. Particular thanks Ruth Osatch, thanks for everything Ruth, you're a legend.

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!
