Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

What was becoming a stressful situation has been made so easy since we switched to Goodman Warren and Beck. Paul Warren has been so helpful from the beginning and has gone beyond expectation to help us.

14th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Whatever the issue you face they don't respond. It was very bad experience. When we ask anything, they say it is managed by landlord and he will come and sort. I don't know why they are taking rent if they don't solve customer issues.

30th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Fox & Sons successfully sold my property, and for that I am grateful. However, I was disappointed with the level of service once a buyer had been found.<br><br>Communication was good initially but became disappointing as the sale progressed. Calls and emails often took several days to be returned, and I regularly found myself chasing for updates rather than being kept informed. An additional £99 + VAT AML/ID fee was also added, which I hadn't expected, and the property video that had been discussed never materialised.<br><br>The sale did complete successfully, but there was no communication to congratulate us on exchanging or completing, despite these being significant milestones. The invoice, however, arrived very promptly.<br><br>For a fee of around £3,000 plus VAT, I expected a more proactive and personal service throughout the transaction. Everyone I dealt with was polite, and I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively because better communication would make a huge difference to the overall customer experience.

We were given helpful advice about every aspect of the sale, including how to present the property and also how to dispose of unwanted items. Our grateful thanks to all the staff for managing the sale so efficiently. We highly recommend using this company.

He was efficient, flexible with what worked for our home life/ work schedule and a very stress free selling process and sold our home within one day of viewings - highly recommend.

Not only did we have no prior experience of renting, but we were currently living 100 miles away, which presented considerable logistical problems. Sue and Toni at Belvoir, Devizes were not only very knowledgeable, but also extremely kind and helpful. They guided us through the process and with their assistance we were able to secure a suitable property only two weeks after first contacting them. We are very grateful for their support.

Booking a viewing was super easy, and he always responded to our queries quickly.<br><br>During the viewing we had a thorough walkthrough and were given plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed. At the offer stage communication was completely open and transparent, keeping us informed throughout.<br><br>To top it off, everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and welcoming when collecting the keys.<br><br>Would highly recommend James and the whole team!

I’ve heard similar promises before from other companies, and they all left us disappointed, but Jack was different. I trusted him, and I’m glad I did.<br><br>From the very beginning, Jack was in constant communication, guiding us through what needed to be done and offering genuine support throughout the process. He is an amazing bloke to speak to, highly professional, yet able to share a joke when he could tell I was struggling. His manner made the whole experience far easier than I expected.<br><br>Not only did Jack deliver on his word, he sold our house for more than the asking price we had set. He also showed a level of care and commitment that went well beyond what you’d expect from a real estate agent. I genuinely feel that I’ve gained more than just excellent service; I’ve gained a brother.<br><br>I cannot recommend Jack Chitty and Woolley & Wallis highly enough.
19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)From the start of this process, Chloe and Lauren showed high professionalism, and most importantly, a human touch. They projected a sense of wanting to succeed for us and they certainly did by selling our house twice. They showed an excellent market awareness which enabled us to maximise the value of our property which I don’t believe we would have achieved with another agent. Both our sales were achieved by viewings on a Sunday! They worked 8 days a week for us!
