The team were outstanding - so professional , proactive , informed and extremely personable. The sale was not a straightforward one and their understanding and communication was outstanding and we felt very reassured throughout. I could not recommend them highly enough - we are so happy in our new property and a big thank you to the team for making the process as seamless as possible. Wonderful service and lovely team. Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

I had been struggling to find somewhere for a while but when I came to them they got the job done. Would 100% recommend them.

Jon’s communication was outstanding throughout the entire process; he kept us consistently updated with all the information we needed and often more. He went out of his way to follow up with viewers, solicitors, and the estate agents handling our purchase in order to maintain momentum across the chain. Jon also succeeded in generating significantly more viewings than our previous agent, providing what felt like a truly bespoke and proactive service. He remained consistently friendly, approachable, and positive, even when dealing with the inevitable complications of a long property chain. When Jon was unavailable, Justin stepped in seamlessly, ensuring continuity of service without disruption. The marketing was also of an excellent standard. The photographer produced high-quality images that showcased our property at its best, and the floor plan was both detailed and accurate. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending these estate agents.

Not only did we have no prior experience of renting, but we were currently living 100 miles away, which presented considerable logistical problems. Sue and Toni at Belvoir, Devizes were not only very knowledgeable, but also extremely kind and helpful. They guided us through the process and with their assistance we were able to secure a suitable property only two weeks after first contacting them. We are very grateful for their support.

The team are fully wired into the locality and by far the best experience I've had with motivated & proactive estate agents. We had a lot of negotiation due to some additional land being purchased alongside the property but we were kept informed throughout and this resulted in a smooth and swift sale, receiving the keys just months later. We will certainly reach out to the team if we need any help selling/buying in future. Thanks again to the Tetbury team for their help and support throughout what can be a stressful process !

We originally bought through Strakers and 23 years later we have sold through them. I would happily use them again.

A special mention has to go to Emma, who was absolutely fantastic. She kept everything moving by consistently chasing where needed and made sure we were always kept up to date.
