From initial discussions early in the process to submitting our mortgage application and offer acceptance. Even after our offer has been made he continues to offer support with any questions and I cannot recommend him enough. We have had a brilliant process with Perry Bishop throughout and everyone has been amazing!

You wanted to complete a form, which I understand, but then you said, 'Well, I can't go ahead without your address.' I hung up. Don't let your process drive your customer interaction, because you have lost the opportunity sell a large house. *** Updated Based on the Reply Below *** No other estate agent asked me for that 'essential information'.

I’m currently on the other side of the world and a last-minute issue came up with checks that could have delayed my tenants moving in possibly weeks— who were relocating from up north literally the next day. Despite the time pressure, Hannah worked relentlessly to sort it. She pulled out all the stops, coordinated everything on my behalf, kept me fully updated, and made sure it was resolved in time so the move could still go ahead as planned. Her professionalism, responsiveness and genuine care made a potentially stressful situation completely painless for me. It’s rare to find someone who goes this far above and beyond their job, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is proactive, dependable and actually gives a damn — I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

12th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!- 13th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Many thanks to the Westbury branch on the sale of my late fathers property. They went way over and above to help with complications with the previous tenants, James answered the phone to me no matter how big or small my questions and just really supported with solicitors language to keep the momentum going and help me understand exactly what was going on.
