She was very supportive and encouraging, always efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff, including Linda and Jeremy himself. I would thoroughly recommend Jeremy Jenkins for your sale or purchase, you will not regret it.
18th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)If someone from HO, customer service or even the CEO of Cooper & Tanner decide to call me personally to explain, you are very welcome. After 9 months dealing with your firm, 2 failed sales, a 3rd underway they may wish to understand my concerns and frustrations, particularly as I've had cause for numerous complaints during this time. I should have been able to give 4 - 5 stars, but the communication, performance and management of your Warminster branch has and continues to fall well below my expectations. Ref: JF_30BA12
15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)We recently sold our house in Bristol, and the entire team was absolutely incredible. Selling a home can be so stressful, but they made us feel completely supported every step of the way. The staff were lovely, incredibly diligent, and always highly responsive. We never had to chase them for answers because they kept us updated throughout the whole process and kept our solicitor and the buyers solicitors in check. It felt like we were working with people who genuinely cared about us, not just a transaction. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Charles Harding knows the Swindon market very well and will respond rapidly not to waist anyones time! It is highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell house quickly.
20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I'm currently in the process of purchasing in Corsham, and hopefully will be able to exchange contracts soon. The Corsham office of Allen and Harris are handling the sale, and they have really made the process easy for me. Both Sienna and Hannah have been excellent, providing a very friendly, professional and helpful service. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in future.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

28th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)The whole of my 'Interview' came across as getting a low cost valuation and sales pitch just to get customers to view. It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.

2nd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Purchased our house 6 years ago from them and then decided that sell through them at the beginning of the year and it was the best this we did. Weekly updates and helped push the sale towards the end keeping in contact with the solicitor. Compared to other companies in the area Grayson Florence go above and beyond. We went from putting our house on the market to being in our new house in just under 4 months.

George and Craig were friendly, personable, and it really felt like they wanted to sell my house for me, not just for themselves. Heidi and Hollie in the office were also fantastic – always helpful and quick to respond if I needed anything.

They were extremely quick to respond and kept us updated throughout the process. They were happy to manage the process as we wanted, with care and attention and secured us a new tenant in 10 days from first meeting to move in date. Above all, they were professional, courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend Winkworth letting team!

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Public Review – Strakers Trowbridge / Pickers Palmers Farm<br><br>I wish to record my extremely disappointing and shocking experience with Strakers Trowbridge regarding a property at Pickers Palmers Farm, Capps Lane, Heywood.<br><br>I live in Kent and am in the process of moving to the area. As I was unable to attend an initial viewing myself, I asked my sister to view the property on my behalf. Following her viewing, I decided to make an offer.<br><br>On Friday 7 August 2026, I offered the full asking price. I heard nothing back and, after chasing Strakers on Monday 10 August, I was advised by Chris that my offer was acceptable. I was also advised that I should perhaps travel to Wiltshire myself to view the property.<br><br>Taking this advice seriously, I travelled more than 250 miles to attend the viewing.<br><br>When we arrived, the developer met us and showed us around the property. However, during the visit it became apparent that the property I had made the offer on had already been sold. Instead, the developer was attempting to sell us another property.<br><br>What is particularly upsetting is that neither the developer nor the Strakers representative who was present made this clear to me before I travelled such a considerable distance. The Strakers representative was there and appeared to be fully aware of the situation.<br><br>I find the lack of transparency and communication extremely disappointing. If the property had already been sold, why was I not told before travelling over 250 miles? Why was I left believing that my offer was acceptable when, apparently, the property was no longer available?<br><br>I feel that my time, money and genuine interest in the property were not respected. The entire experience has left me feeling extremely let down and misled.<br><br>I would strongly question the level of communication and transparency demonstrated by both Strakers Trowbridge and the developer in this situation. This was an incredibly frustrating and unnecessary experience, and one I would not expect from a professional estate agent.<br><br>Absolutely shocking treatment from both Strakers and the developer and doesn't even deserve the 1 star, shame on you!
