From the beginning, the team were professional, approachable and extremely helpful. Buying a property is a stressful process, but they were always available to answer questions, provide updates and keep everything moving in the right direction. A special thank you to Tanya, who was outstanding throughout. She was very professional, straight to the point and clearly focused on getting things done properly with no messing about. She was proactive, knowledgeable and always willing to help resolve any issues and keep the purchase progressing. Her communication was excellent and she made sure I always knew what was happening at each stage. Honey was also helpful, both during my property viewings and anytime I called the office. Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours. Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated. It's been a difficult period but we now once again feel excited at the prospect of our sale and purchase going through and feel in very capable hands. Thank you

Then Ben, he kept us up to date with viewings etc, such a fantastic team. There was a slight hold up near the end and Ben was not giving up, he made it that the day we were moving would not change. He went above and beyond to sort out some issues and was up early to do so….such commitment. The team have been fantastic from start to finish.
