15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)This agency was negligent in handling the sale of our property. I’m following up a formal complaint against them. They mis-handled 3 offers for our property. We finally accepted an offer through them, which turned out to be null and void as they hadn’t carried out basic checks on the buyer, by which time we’d lost our other buyer. We eventually went to Chestertons, got another £80,000 and were handled professionally

11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !- 26th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Andy was spot on with his valuation and approach to marketing the property. His initial valuation seemed rather high to us and was more than other agents suggested but within 2 weeks of listing it we sold our house for slightly more than that price. My only reservation - their recommended EPC provider was unsatisfactory.
9th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Andrew Lloyd Estates is a very small team managing more properties than they can realistically handle, and the service reflects that. Most of our enquiries took a very long time to resolve, and we constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates. If you don’t chase them, nothing happens — which becomes very exhausting over time. Communication is inconsistent and often unclear. There were long delays, missed calls, unanswered emails, and instances where it felt like our enquiries were simply ignored. Even serious issues — like a roof leak — were repeatedly postponed and never properly fixed during our 1.5-year tenancy. Promises should be taken lightly, because you will need to remind them many times before anything is completed. The moving-out process was similarly slow and confusing, and we had to follow up multiple times to get our deposit processed. There were also moments that felt unprofessional, like sudden mentions of potential rent increases (which didn’t happen in the end) or staff going on long annual leave without any out-of-office message. On the positive side, the flat itself was great and served as our first home in the UK. If you find a property you love and it doesn’t require much maintenance, it might work for you. But overall, the customer service was very mediocre and left us feeling frustrated and unsupported throughout the tenancy.

They have great knowledge when it comes to the property market and made sure they found the perfect tenant for my property. They kept me in the loop the entire time. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or rent out a property.

12th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I am writing this behalf of my uncle because he doesn’t speak English last year he rented a flat from these people they all so speak Turkish so my uncle paid them admission fees which by law they don’t have the right to ask him for admission fees but they did why because my uncle doesn’t speak English and he’s only been in uk for one and half years and then they asked him for weeks rent 2 months deposit again buy law they can only ask 4 week’s and when he left the flat they only give his one moths rent back said to him we only had one month deposit of yours horrible people

I felt that the service was rude and overly aggressive, and there was significant unnecessary pressure to close the deal quickly.I felt pressured throughout the process, including an instance of gazumping, which added unnecessary stress.Additionally, there were moments where unhelpful comments were made regarding my solicitor during the conveyancing process. Overall, the experience took away much of the excitement of buying a new home for me and my family. Based on my experience, I would caution others and recommend carefully considering other agents in the area.

As a first time buyer I found the process pretty daunting, but the team were always easy to contact, supportive and professional. It was a pleasure interacting with Aimee, Victoria, Marty and Sophie and I could not recommend them highly enough. My experience was greatly improved by working with a team who were switched on and capable, but also kind and friendly. Definitely a much better experience than I have had with other estate agents! Thank you for all of your help

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Once the offers were approved and the purchase was in progress, Nick would call us every day - sometimes multiple times - to ensure that we had the very latest updates on progress. This was so reassuring as we knew that it was in the best hands possible. We were first time buyers and didn't know much about the process, but Nick made it easy for us to understand everything.
