I have just completed on my second property over the summer with Bernards and I would like to pay particular thanks to the Lee on the Solent office and Josh and Mandy in particular for selling and progressing the sale with diligence and providing great customer service along the journey. Contact Hannah at Bernards to sell your house.<br><br>Hannah generated 2 viewings and 2 offers, at asking!! Giving her the brief that having two young children means that leaving the house for viewings was difficult for us. At the same time, we were playing catch up with the chain and wanted to move very quickly.<br><br>Hannah told us to leave it with her, and she delivered.<br><br>Not only this. Throughout the buying/selling process, Hannah was prompt, HONEST, professional and accurate.

Josh instantly put us at ease and allowed us to take all the time we needed. Which included dealing with a toddler, new born and driving away to fetch another family member. He answered all our questions or took the time to find the answer. A very pleasant experience
