Thank you to Nick. We asked for a valuation and Nick was able to do it straight away. Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. I went to Bairstow Eves in November for a two bed property to rent and at that time they didn't have any.Bethany advised me to come around January since that time was closer to my move out date than November. Before I went over she called me and asked if I was still searching and I told her yes.She talked to me about my preferences and got me booked in for a viewing last week.I am very appreciated of her patience, quick responses to my enquiry and all the information she gave me and would like to thank her for her efforts.
