Words can’t even describe how amazing Bairstow Eves Cannock are! We have had one hell of a house journey, through no fault of them but they have kept me level headed throughout. It’s been a rollercoaster and Kerry and Millie in particular have been fairy god mothers! Their knowledge and advice is next level and the support and communication was beyond phenomenal! I can’t recommend them all enough! A massive thank you! Friendly, professional, and can’t do enough for you! Simply the best!

She arranged our viewings efficiently, communicated clearly and made everything straightforward from the start.<br>We would also like to thank Molly Simmonds for all her support throughout the transaction. She was patient, professional, responsive to our emails and kept us updated during what became quite a long and stressful process. Her reassurance and dedication were greatly appreciated.<br>The only downside was that it was often very difficult to reach the office by phone. There were days when we called repeatedly without getting through, although emails were answered much more promptly.<br>Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received and would like to thank the whole team for helping us through the process. We truly appreciate all your support and wish you all the best.

I recently purchased my home through Bairstow Eves, and overall I had a positive experience with the team. They handled my case professionally, even though the seller's side was sometimes unpredictable and caused delays outside their control.<br><br>Whenever I had questions or concerns, the team responded promptly and worked to resolve them efficiently, which I really appreciated. The only area where I think the experience could have been even better is proactive communication and regular updates throughout the process. Even a brief update from time to time would have provided additional reassurance.<br><br>That said, I'm satisfied with the service I received and grateful for their support in helping me complete my home purchase. Thank you to the team for seeing everything through to completion.

Katie was so knowledgeable and had really done her homework on market trends, prices, sales, etc, in the area. We were so impressed and decided to use Bairstow Eves. It turned out to be the right decision and they have been excellent. I cannot fault them at all and would have no hesitation recommend these guys. In particular, the Carlton branch who are a great team.

I have used this letting agent for a few years now.
The letting team always go above and beyond in every aspect.
Nothing is to much trouble for them. Whether its finding new tenants to simply answering a simple question.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I must highly commend the team at Bairstowe Eves Wollaton. They all worked really hard to ensure the sale of my property was a success following previous disappointment. The communication and attention to detail through the sale process was of a high quality. I was anxious but there was reassurance and honesty throughout the process.
The staff team were all very helpful. But special mention for Alan Heys and Claire Dack. Both have know me a lot time and gave that extra personal touch.
Excellent service. I would highly recommend the branch.

We had a very positive experience with Sittingbourne branch. As it turned out we didn’t go ahead with the purchase. This was however a personal decision. Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience.
