Renting my first apartment was made easy with Belvoir. Ellie has been so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process and I could not be happier with the way everything has been handled. Ellie is super responsive and always has the answer to any questions we have, Belvoir has been brilliant as a first time renter. If you want a letting agent who is always quick to respond, incredibly kind and helpful that is Ellie.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable.
Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed.
I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Moving can be immensely stressful but the team at Belvoir were fantastic. Very attentive and available with any concerns I had during the process of completing forms, arranging viewings, etc. A genuine personable experience. A special shout out to Rees has been brilliant!

Id just like to say a huge thank you to Christie and David for their kind, very knowledgeable, support and hand holding through the current minefield that is letting a property. They readily put me at ease and fully explained how the process works, given i was embarassingly clueless on many issues.
They gave much needed, clear and concise information about current legislation, requirements and timescales, and kept me updated on progress during the actual lettings process. Definitely an above and beyond approach.
Its given me the confidence to continue as a landord. I especially appreciate the fixed fee for clearly listed services that other companies either didnt offer or were 'add on costs'.
