I cannot recommend the team at Belvoir highly enough. We have been using them to manage our rental property for several years, and they have consistently provided exceptional service. Moving can be immensely stressful but the team at Belvoir were fantastic. Very attentive and available with any concerns I had during the process of completing forms, arranging viewings, etc. A genuine personable experience. A special shout out to Rees has been brilliant!

Bloke manager with glasses few years back, condescending scumbag, never again thats for sure!! should have had my head examined for renting here..Unobservant defensive liers too, point proven. AVOID!!

I’m currently in the process of renting a property through this agency and have been dealing with Cameron -he has been absolutely amazing so far.
His communication has been excellent, always available, and very easy to talk to, especially when it comes to dealing with any questions or issues along the way. He’s made the whole process feel much less stressful, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing.
Honestly, I wish everyone had an estate agent like Cameron. He’s a huge credit to the company!

Id just like to say a huge thank you to Christie and David for their kind, very knowledgeable, support and hand holding through the current minefield that is letting a property. They readily put me at ease and fully explained how the process works, given i was embarassingly clueless on many issues.
They gave much needed, clear and concise information about current legislation, requirements and timescales, and kept me updated on progress during the actual lettings process. Definitely an above and beyond approach.
Its given me the confidence to continue as a landord. I especially appreciate the fixed fee for clearly listed services that other companies either didnt offer or were 'add on costs'.
