I recently rented out a property through Bernards. The lady I dealt with, Amber, made the process so easy. It makes me wonder why other agents make it so hard. One other small but crucial point. Amber found tenants and had them installed in record time. Other agents I'm also dealing with could learn a point or two there. Confidence and helpful attitude no doubt encouraged the prospective tenants to proceed. If you're looking for a company to handle property rental, I unreservedly recommend Bernards in Havant. I will be using them again without hesitation.
