We experienced an 8 week delay in getting our property live on site and once it was live the description was incorrect and very brief. We received very minimal communication throughout the 16 weeks and no updates provided without prompting from our side. We received no interest or viewings on our property and received no guidance or advice on how we could potentially improve this. Would not recommend for city centre properties or anyone trying to sell their property with a quick turnaround.

I have dealt with Bridgfords for a few years and I usually deal with Ben in lettings. Ben is a really nice professional guy who is always happy to help no matter what the problem is . He’s is always on hand to deal with any issues that may arise. I would definitely recommend if you’re a landlord looking for a trustworthy letting agent who genuinely cares …give Ben a call.

We sold our house with Bridgfords in February 2020 and had such a great experience with them. They were always approachable, professional and caring towards our barrage of questions!
They made sure to get the best pictures of our house, and arrived well prepared with research of our area.
Since this was the first time I was selling a house, I'm glad I went with Bridgfords. James and his team were outstanding.

Do not sell your house with Bridgfords. They say all the right things to rope you into a 26 week contract. Their fees are DOUBLE what other services charge.
From start to finish our experience has been poor, out of 8 viewings arranged not one was chaperoned by a member of the team. Viewers cancelled well over 24h before the viewings were due to take place and we found out 30 minutes before. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and disruption to us. We requested a board on a few occasions and this was just ignored. Our number was given out to what I feel was a bogus surveyor and when I asked what company they were from the staff couldn't tell me.
Long story short if you don't want to waste time and money please avoid Brigfords at all costs!! If I could rate zero stars I absolutely would!
