Annie and Jack have been awesome! They found me a suitable tenant very quickly, and they are both extremely professional, efficient and personable, and made the whole renting out process run very smoothly. When one is either on the phone or with clients the other takes over with a seamless transition. They explained everything clearly and immediately followed through with documentation, updates and organising the necessary contractors. Nothing was too much trouble, and I truly couldn't have asked for more! They are a great team, and I wouldn't want to use anyone else.

We’re currently in the process of moving into our new home and the service from Bridgefords has been excellent so far. I can’t recommend this branch highly enough.
Jess and Stacey’s team supported me from the very first enquiry. Jess personally called me to understand my preferences and what I was truly looking for in a property. While she covered the usual questions, it never felt transactional—she genuinely wanted to understand our needs, not just whether we could afford something.
She then arranged a meeting with a mortgage advisor to give us a clear picture of our budget, followed by a full day of viewings tailored to our preferences.
I haven’t experienced this level of care and attention anywhere else. They made the entire process feel smooth and personal, and thanks to their support, we found our beautiful home exactly as we had hoped.

I cannot rate Bridgfords more highly. We were first time buyers and Jemma and the team went above and beyond to chase our exchange and completion to avoid us paying additional rental fees. They took the time to explain confusing legal jargon and ensured we felt supported at every step of the way. They have also offered us advice on dealing with a tricky rental situation whilst buying!
