Poor service and extortionate fee for an admin check over 4 times the amount my solicitor charged for the same service.<br>When they sent their bill to my solicitor on completion it was over £1,000 higher than we had agreed!<br>They did eventually sell the house after a buyer dropped out because he couldn't get a mortgage even though Bridgfords had checked him out and said he had a mortgage.<br>Use another Agent!

We recently sold our house through Bridgfords in Penketh and, whilst it wasn't the smoothest journey due to circumstances outside of their control, the team remained supportive, professional and proactive throughout.<br><br>A special mention must go to Lilia, whose hard work, persistence and excellent communication helped keep everything moving forward when challenges arose. We are very grateful for all their efforts and would happily recommend Bridgfords to anyone looking to sell a property.

Really pleased with the service from Bridgfords. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Ruth came out to value my house, answered all of my questions, and gave me the advice I needed. She was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.<br><br>I also appreciated that she took her shoes off before looking around my home without me having to ask. It's a small thing, but I thought it was very respectful.

When looking around for a Darlington estate agent, I found many that didn’t answer their phone, or didn’t get back to me. Bridgfords however were so attentive, without being pushy. Lovely, friendly staff who listened to me. I would highly recommend them.

Bridgfords, Knutsford have been trying to sell the property i am letting for a year, which i am letting through a completely different agency, who knew nothing about this. They have shown no respect for us the tenants even though we had just started a years tenancy. They harrassed us constantly, now we have decided to move out it has started again, they say they have permision from our landlady which isn't legal. They have turned up on our doorstep without an appointment and their constant phone calls are harrassment. Today they have gone behind our backs again putting the house up for sale and using photos of our things which we haven't given permission for them to use.
They have no regard for anyone letting any property. Legal action is in place.
I answered the message below from Lucy regarding my complaint but received no reply.

Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

We had a great experience with Bridgefords, they helped a lot to find us a new place to rent in short notice, Marija was great in helping us find homes and found the one we moved into for us too, thank you! Kelsey and Marija made the process stress less, do recommend.
